4This community has been one of my favorites that i’ve toured so far. I got to see happy seniors and courteous staff. This is definitely the place i want for my mother. Gemma is knowledgeable and friendly. If i could give more than five stars i would. Check out Grossmont before any other.
I was invited to Bingo Fundraiser night at this facility by friend visiting her grandma, and let me tell you, I had one of the best times of my life, the seniors were laughing and having a great time. I noticed how the staff were so attentive to everyone. There was happy hour and I saw some children helping seniors with the numbers being called out. I would definitely consider placing my parents in the care of Grossmont Gardens when the time comes. Amazing staff and seniors.
Being a part of Grossmont Gardens team. I enjoyed so much working with GrossmontGardens. Residents and staffs are so nice and friendly. GrossmontGardens team really takes care of the residents.
I recommend seeking a different Senior Living place for your love ones. Company goes through multiple owners causing so much issues to staff. Used to be called Eclipse Portfolio Operations and Jerry Erwin Associates. Just my two cents seek other place for your family members.
