The schedulers are extremely disorganized and terrible at communicating. I was re- re- re- re- scheduled for a Total Shoulder Replacement with Dr. DuBois, who is a COWARD and afraid to operate on me, along with his second-rate surgery center. He has zero compassion and no advocacy skills. I transferred my care to UCSD Medical Center and they were EXCELLENT and treated me like a human being. Don't waste your time with Dr. DuBois. There are so many more competent surgeons in San Diego who communicate much, much better with their patients.

My son and I saw Patrick. I believe he is the PA or the NP. It was an awful experience. He glanced at my ankle and told me I needed the hardware removed- no exam, no x-ray. My 15 year old had an x-ray. When he came back, I went to the restroom. While I was gone, Patrick gave him a picture of the x-ray and wrote 'as good slaughters' on it and told there was nothing anyone could do. I then made an appointment with another ortho. He does not have as good slaughters. He was given a steroid injection and he has not had any further pain.

I have had a great experience with the staff and Dr's. Personal one on one care. A unique style for today's medicine. World Class Doctor's.

Very professional, caring and organized. But when you add friendliness and joking, you really get a wonderful experience. I feel comfortable, and expertly cared for.

I have been seeing Dr. Hanson for the past 10 years for my left knee. I saw him yesterday for my right knee. He ordered pt for me. He's an excellent doctor. Dr. DuBois did surgery on my right shoulder and carpal tunnel on my right hand. He explained the procedure and my shoulder and hand feels 100% better than it did 4 years ago.
The receptionist and the Medical Assistants are very nice also. And Dr. DuBois and Hanson were voted the top Ortopaedic Surgons in San Diego a few years ago. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
