15Friendly staff, very professional environment, fast appointment, this is the place for all your imaging needs, easy access, i highly recommend them
I had a CT scan last night. Everything was done right on time. The technician was very very thorough and a nice guy. I appreciated that.
The facility was very clean and the staff they were polite informative, and very helpful the whole process was very quick I had an MRI I was in and out within 40 minutes, I'm absolutely very pleased, best regards, Kerye Stewart
Staff was friendly and courteous. Waiting time was very reasonable. Overall good experience
From womb to tomb - excellent customer service. Made a delicate situation comfortable for my Mom.
Took my husband for his scan and we had a wonderful experience from appointment text confirmation to on-site visit. All Staff was very kind and helpful from office staff to technician. Thank You for the great experience.
Update: we’ll, it’s been 8 days since I had the MRI taken and to this date my doctor does not have the report from RadNet yet…. They don’t care!
Waiting time for a n MRI this last time was 1: 40 Hrs…even having had an appointment and me showing up 10 minutes early. I think I dozed off on the chair then I suddenly realized all the time that had elapsed. I got up to ask if technician had forgotten about me and the receptionist said that the technician was just falling behind schedule…About a year ago I also went to the Rancho Cucamonga facility, having made an appt prior, and when I got there, I checked in after driving a whole hour to get there, and the receptionist told me that the technician had gone home sick.
I know that corporations are there just to make money, but they should stop making us feel like 3rd class citizens.
Drive 40 minutes to scheduled MRI appt.to get there and be told the tech called off. They said they sent notice.ive checked my emails and texts. I got nothing that stated the appointment had to be cancelled. Waste of time and money. One star only because the lady in the front was very nice. Its not her fault that someone in charge of notifying patients of these problems is not doing there job correctly.
It seemed slow when I first arrived. Staff looked a bit overwhelmed for it got busy fast.
They recovered from the busyness and I was out within 40 minutes. Awesome Stafff!
After filling out the appropriate paperwork, I was seen within 5 mins and immediately taken to the MRI. After 10-15 mins in the MRI, I was done and sent away. Everyone was very pleasant. Outstanding!
I've been going here for years, and the staff is always super nice and accommodating to the patients needs.
I love going to Grove Advanced Imaging. They are always professional, kind, fast and efficient.
After traveling approximately 50 minutes from Redlands to Rancho Cucamonga and getting stuck behind and accident on the 210 I arrived 5 minutes late to my MRI appointment. Upon attempting to check in I was greeted with an extremely rude and aggressive attitude from Jasmine and told that they have no grace period for late check ins and that she wasn’t going to allow me any special treatment. I tried to explain that they had originally scheduled me at the wrong facility that didn’t have the right type of MRI machine to do my exam and that they had originally been the ones in error and that they should be able to do something to help me with that in consideration along with my travel distance and before I could finish speaking, she rudely cut me off and told me that because the person scheduled after me had arrived 20 minutes early they would not be accommodating me because if they did it would set their entire schedule back and that it wasn’t her problem. I need this MRI in order to get my surgery done and because I was 5 minutes late, not only was I denied my right to timely care, but I was treated like trash and thrown out after being loudly and publicly chastised and humiliated.
Everyone was very nice and friendly and answered all of the questions I had before and after my procedure
They are owned by RAD NET which is the worst as far as making an appointment. I am going back to the VA because of Rad Net. It is so ' third world', ask anyone who has used it. I never write reviews but dissatisfied patients should complain to their referring physician.
