The staff was friendly, checked me in and took me right back. Total wait time was approximately ten minutes. Once in the CT scan, the tech was very patient with me. Helped provide assistance and was very pleasant to have as a tech.

I had a ct scan and the technician was so nice and did a great job. I’m very happy with her.

I just lost 30 dollars and I'm poor. I have lost 2 hours of work because they did not give me the exact address and I went to another place very far from where they do the CT scan. They told me suite 102, but they didn't tell me anything else and I was in the wrong place. If they had told me that I had to take a medication 1 hour before and that if I didn't arrive at the exact time they wouldn't attend to me, I wouldn't have spent 1 hour of work in a Lift, but hey, sometimes stupid things happen. The millionaire who wants to donate 2 hours of work to me would be deeply grateful

Dingy place. Not very good communication. Ding staff. The accommodations for pregnancy ultrasound aren’t the best.

I came as a walk-in for x-rays and arrived just before 8am, from the time I checked in to the time I was back in my car it took just under an hour and they were very popular this morning. Very efficient and friendly!

Girls there were very nice and helpful. Even though I had an appointment, it was quite busy, I had to wait about a half an hour. X-ray tech also very nice. I go back for MRI later today. I hope it goes as well as it did for X-ray.

Make an appointment was very easy. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful x-ray technicians. Everybody does a good job and very friendly and caring. Been there several times. It’s always been pretty simple.

I was there for a MRI. Everything went smooth. Except for two apples in the bunch. They were not friendly. At all. Kind of RUDE.

It was excellent service, the young man who helped me was kind, he took the time to corroborate my name and other information, I was grateful for his attention.

The technician was great, set everything up quickly, explained everything to me, was very kind.

So the wait was horrible but once we got in the te h was amazing. He lat us know what he was doing step by step. Very polite, professiona, l and nice. The wait needs to be cut down somehow.

The receptionist was really rude and kind of cold at leastthe older woman was. The tech was nice and good to my son.not sure if I'll go back ill just go to a different one because that lady was so rude. It's scary enough as it islet alone to deal with someone's nasty attitude

Stay away from this place. I showed up to my appointment a few minutes late as in 7 minutes late and the guy Chris who called me a week before and the day of the appointment to make sure I was still coming…. Went ahead with the procedure of a CT scan after injecting me with radioactive liquid while knowing that I was seven minutes late. After the procedure, he told me to come back in one hour. I came back in one hour, and he told me it was too late to take the final picture and then I had to reschedule and do it all over again. I felt very violated as I do not know what he injected me with and the place seems like a revolving door, because when I came back an hour later, like I was instructed to, he had another patient in the room, performing a different CT scan. Now why would you have me come back in one hour knowing that you have to take the picture immediately in order for it to match the images from the CT scan? All just to have another patient in the room, creating a hindrance to finish my procedure. Also, why would you even inject me with the medicine and begin the procedure? If seven minutes late is going to alter the images from matching?
Exactly. So I didn’t get the images of my gallbladder over to my doctor And my entire Saturday morning afternoon was wasted with this weirdo technician.
Something is very fishy about that place. Never again. Reporting to the health department.

The girl at the front desk was very sweet. As she was checking me in, a doctor was in and out talking very loud on his cell phone- about being rich and going to Bangladesh and needing to hire security, why do I know that? Because he was very loud. In and out in what looked like a soccer uniform. No phone etiquette. Place is run down, dingy. I was itching after my scan. The tech was nice. Appointment was at 4 pm asks I didn’t get scan until 5pm
Their other location on Haven is not as bad.

Staff is very unfriendly and dismissive. I’ve been to the San Bernardino location and they were friendly, but that was not my experience in Rancho. I dealt with 3 ladies who worked there, they all seemed to have to same attitude, and I overheard all of them talking to other patients, and they were all the same. They performed the test I was there for just fine, but sure didn’t do it with a smile

I was called in on time. Employee at front desk was friendly and professional. However, the facility needs some paint and sprucing up.

My appointment was at 5pm. Entered office at 4.30. Was taken in within 10 minutes. I walked out with xray copies on a disc at 4: 55. Everyone was polite and fun. Cant get much better than that.

The young man who took my chest X-ray was very professional. I normally have trouble with blood draws, this young man got it on the first try.
He explained the procedure step by step, which I full appreciated. I regret I didn’t ask for his name.
