Started working with mreeves on June 22nd. He spent around 25 hours getting my deal done. Then came the first issue. We ordered an Apprisal but, it never came! The deal was on the edge and weeks later the seller talked to the realtor and said mreeves with me on the phone we can order it and have it done Monday which it was Friday at the time. He agreed because, capital groves was all good. Then Monday comes nothing. We are in July mid way now and he hasn’t gotten it ordered yet. Then around July 13th he says a new shuffle has happened and someone new will be handling the loan! Then the next Monday he goes on vacation and leaves me with the new person. She is giving me worse terms than the last one he gave me and has no information on this loan! I am currently working with another lender. To spend months sending all this information to him and then bam! Oh we don’t have it!
