Bad experience, I bought a room and it came out defective and they didn't want to change it.

Went in and bought a couch set. We wanted to buy a warranty but were told warranties weren’t needed as they had superior products. When they arrived they weren’t built correctly and we called and they came yet the problem continued and we kept calling. The smaller sofa broke and we were told that if it was broken why did we use it for the purpose we bought it for. To this day they haven’t responded back and we’re very disappointed with our purchase. Would not recommend.
