The worst service there is, everything is bad, apart from they treat you badly, even the last names made us wrong, they made a mistake in everything and when you call them and ask them, they are horrible and badly educated, bad service

The support of Juan, the coordinator of the place, was excellent and his kindness, (this comment does not go against him), but I do not understand why such an expensive place and supposedly a place with professional services has a fifth-rate DJ, for In more than 10 years I had never had such an unpleasant experience with a DJ where the wedding planner, coordinator and master of ceremonies had to tell him several times to turn the music down and he did it whenever he wanted, his disgusting attitude and arrogance was as if it were He was the one in charge or the one who had paid.

While people were in the reception hall, there should be no music or people in the party room since it was time for dinner, speeches, quiet moments, but the DJ on the other side was playing the music at full volume, disrespecting the event and his expression was one of laughing as if in mockery when they told him to turn off the music, then he turned it up again a few minutes later, then at the party his music playlist was horrible and the worst of all was at the couple's surprise dance, they who invested money in that room and where they charged him for that supposed DJ, also invested months of practice in their choreography so that a single person would ruin the entire night. That DJ (who didn't even know how to mix) plays another song over the music they were dancing to at their surprise dance, making them completely lost in the dance, completely ruining their presentation where photographers and videographers were recording that special moment for them. The cold fireworks and cloud effects knocked them out so they couldn't work as intended either.one of the worst services ever experienced at such a special event.

Tip: Hire your own DJ so that others don't ruin your event, because with so much sacrifice and investment they can ruin it for you.

HORRIBLE customer service. After accidentally losing all my marriage documents, I requested a copy of the Marriage Certificate or License that I made less than a month ago in this place AND THEY DID NOT HAVE THE INFORMATION IN THE OFFICE. They agreed to call me back once they had the file and they never called me. I personally went to the office on two occasions and the treatment was horrible, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They excused themselves by saying that I had treated a worker there badly over the phone for not giving me a copy of the requested documents. A formal complaint about this situation was sent to the County Clerk and the BBB reporting the behavior and poor service at this place, especially from the person who claims to be the owner, an elderly man who was very rude to women.instead of asking myself the reason for my behavior and discomfort. He prefers to throw people out with a cheap excuse NOT to do something as simple but important to me as giving a copy of the requested documents.
