We used to love this place and we will never go again because of the rude women, Betty, working there the evening of 9/2/23. Betty was so condescending and she was quick to let us know that they had nothing available that is on their menu online. I have my whole family here and everything we wanted to order they did not have accept one thing. That girl was so rude and should not have a job working with people. The owner should know she only cares about tips. Phone orders are of no concern to her. I am in customer service and I am just blown away by how disgusting and rude the girl was. If the same owner is involved than he seriously needs to make changes in his staff. They don't care about ALL customers, they don't know the menu and are unaware of what portion sizes they have. I WILL be in to speak with the owner because this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and have been coming here since the beginning. The owner was always kind and cared about all guests.

Wow! We just heard our relative on speaker try to order food during a family visit and this place is really bad now. So dissatisfied with what we just heard and my family is sitting here in complete shock.

TOP 2 FAVORITE RESTURAUNTS IN BANNING/BEAUMONT. Affordable, and so tasty when you're craving sea food. I am gonna go here way more often. The workers are kind and funny and very relaxed and professional. And the food is so nicely decorative and delicious.

This is the worst place I've ever encountered. I ordered aguachiles and the portion was the smallest I've ever seen. We still decided to give it a try hoping they would make up for the portion in flavor. Wrong! It was nasty! The shrimp was raw because the salsa that they used was not even with Limon, they used water. The shrimp was also rotten. I called to let them know right away. I asked if I could take them back and get reimbursed and the employee told me that they couldn't do anything about it. Don't waste your money on this place.
