Angelo came on time to replace our kitchen faucet. He was curteous, professional & did a good job. We would choose to have him back again anytime.

Angel, the technician sent to perform my repairs was excellent in all aspects of the project. While performing the work, the technicians were able to determine and perform the subject work with minimal repairs to the adjacent areas. As an engineer, licensed general contractor, and owner of a high tech engineering firm, I appreciate the abilities and professional manner of the work performed. In addition, they were very nice people.

I highly recommend this company of anyone’s plumbing needs.

We purchased a new refrigerator and the ice maker water valve needed replacement. Derek explained the procedure, he replaced the correct water valve part for us. He explained how important it was that we drain the water lines properly. Top notch service and great customer service.

We recently had problems with our hot water pipe and drain leaking below our kitchen sink. It would continue to back up and fill the sink when we ran the water. The drain seemed hopelessly clogged even after running the garbage disposal. When George Rios from Guardian Plumbers came to fix the problem, he did not give up, even though the first attempts to unclog it failed. He took the time to analyze and trouble shoot the problem. He also went to Home Depot to purchase some parts that needed to be replaced. It turned out to be a blockage deep within the drain pipe that needed to be rooted out multiple times before the problem was finally resolved. We appreciated his tireless efforts and tenacity in completing this difficult job. He was very personable and professional, and we would highly recommend him.

EDIT: First day after installation I checked the new piping job and noticed that there was a leak already! I called yesterday to request someone to come out ASAP, but they warned that they may potentially charge me a $125 emergency fee.for a leak by a job performed by them the day before.

Needless to say, in an attempt to avoid fighting any potential charge to me, I scheduled for someone to return today to look at it. Whether or not they actually fix the job AND ensure that it stays fixed today is another concern I have. I will update my review after my experience is over.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Despite running behind schedule for both the on-site consultation and the job itself, I'd recommend Guardian Plumbers and would use them again. Angel was professional and apologetic, and he did a very clean job. They offer discounts for military personnel and first-responders, which is helpful.

Guardian Plumbers is a very honest, trustworthy company. Angel was punctual, polite, and efficient. He made sure that everything was done correctly before he left. The qualities he has, are very rare to find these days.

I received prompt service the first day from Robert. He was professional but he kept hesitating on doing the job. I had a gushing pipe and he did not turn the water off immediately. I just wanted the pipe fixed and he was trying to sell me on repiping. He did not come back the second day when we had a scheduled appointment. I had to call the business to find out what was going on. They sent another technician. All that aside I believed I was charged way too much. When Robert finally did the job the first day it took less than an hour. I was charged over $500. The second day the same for another job that took almost an hour. I'm going to be on the look out for a company that charges a fair price.

They repaired the problem with very good response time and a one year warranty. Now it has failed 10 months later due to no fault of Guardian. The answering service failed to provide the correct info and sent out a tech that was not familiar with the equipment. Another tech did come out later in the day and was very thorough in assessing the problem and providing several options for repair. I would call them again for my plumbing needs.
