5I was looking for a place for my mom to rent that was in a senior complex and I hit the jackpot with Guava Gardens. The staff was welcoming and friendly and we got her all moved in and settled in less than a week. She loves the safety and security of the complex and I feel confident she will be taken care of well if she were to need anything. It is in an excellent central location convenient to shopping and Kaiser. Parking is an issue and that is the ONLY negative.
Rudest customer service ever! Called to ask a few questions, manager said “ I am not interested in answering any of your questions” and hung up.
The rudest people I ever met. I called to find out if they have vacancy. Staff member yelled at me that they don't.
Clean, and well managed. However you can expect a less than friendly and somewhat smug attitude from onsite management.
It’s an independent living for seniors over 65 and over. My mom loves it here. Very well taken care of!
