Gubrud tech Robert was on time, explained things well, was professional throughout. Pricing was acceptable. Our issue was a ceiling fan that was haunted. Turned on by itself. Problem was the controller. First Robert checked our panel as a free service. Made recommendations for fixing a few issues he found. Nothing immediate. Best review I can give is I would use them again.

Marco took the time to get things figured out while Patrick came to the rescue with parts and a helping hand for same day service. The expedite fee and overall cost was a bit of a shock, but we were up and running within 6 hours of the initial call.

Juan was friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me in a way for me to understand what caused my garage doors to stop working. He also worked promptly and effiently to replace the circuit breakers in time for me to drop off my daughter to the train station.

I was completely blown away with the professionalism of the electrician Juan. Not only was he on time. He was very professional, kind and very detail oriented. We had gotten an outdoor kitchen installed previously and the electrical needed to be ran to it. We had a couple other people come that didn’t seem knowledgeable enough for us to consider them but Juan knew exactly what to do. The bid was really affordable and Juan was able to do the job right on the spot. I Would definitely use Gubruds again.

Her explanations were clear and she explored all options for my tricky electrical issue. I liked the "health check" performed on my electrical panel/box alerting me to future updates that may be needed. Gubruds electrical provides excellent efficient timely service. Claire was very helpful in contacting me back minutes later after I had called regarding a weird very concerning chemical like odor that I had noted in the room after our upstairs bathroom light switch suddenly turned off on it's own. On my trying to turn it on, the odor became more obvious which caused increase concern. Timely appt was made and everything went as planned w the schedule. Marco and Jon Paul arrived and introduced themselves and placed on their shoe covers which I appreciate. They listened to my concerns and went to check on the problem area. They also provided a complimentary check of our elec.panel system. Provided us with expert assessment /explanation on what it likely is but also on possible unforeseen issues that we need to be prepared for
and how much would the different options cost. I had some other questions about the lights in our home and everything was explained very clearly to my satisfaction. Thank you very much

I had a great experience with the kind and considerate woman in the office (can’t find her name). Bonnie, my Technician took the appointment as an add-on at the end of the day but certainly did not act like it. She still gave me the same experience if I had been her first. She was patient, thorough, and professional. Although I didn’t hire them this time, I will most certainly call them when my needs are beyond my own skillset!
