Guerrilla Tacos, Los Angeles CA

Second time here, and I must say it was BOMB each time thus far. We were out to a Dodger game with family and told them about this place. They were down to go, and so we ended up here.

Food is beyond good. The oysters to start off were DELICIOUS. They were so good that even my brother in law agreed (he never ever eats oysters, but we bugged him the entire time). Taco time.

We ordered:
Pork belly tacos, and these are a MUST ppl! BOMB
Sweet potato tacos are soooo delicious!
The Lomo saltado tacos are BOMB, and also a must try!

Of course, we had drinks to go along with our food, and I must say the servers were very attentive and also gave great suggestions. This is a MEZCAL restaurant folk, so be mindful of that. They have this drink called ebony rose (if I recall correctly), it is BOMB MUST TRY, bartender definitely executed.

The friendly service all around is outstanding. Everyone was very attentive and had such great energy. Will definitely be back, the family is asking for more pork belly tacos!

I had been wanting to check this place out for a while… and everyone their was super friendly and welcoming and attentive, and the vibes seemed dope, except the music was a bit too loud inside to the point where it was hard to hear the person across from me. Interesting tacos and oysters… not the typical oysters that I’d usually expect.tasted like a tomato salsa cocktail instead of an oyster, and the steak taco was delicious but the popcorn fish taco came with a way too spicy thai peanut sauce, that made it inedible for me and the mushroom Al pastor taco was not terribly exciting and the tortilla broke apart a bite in, making it borderline impossible to eat. I really wanted to like this place… but getting 5 tacos, and half a dozen oysters and guac made for $102 is a bit ridiculous… overpriced tacos, even if the portions were solid. The pork belly taco, chips and guac, and cocktaila were delicious! We sat in the patio with a large group and our servers were on top of things and super friendly.

Nice fun taco restaurant. The servers were nice and the food was good. The decor was interesting as well.

Tacos were very pricey though. $8-12 dollars per taco. Overall, I wouldn't mind visiting here again, but not when I'm hungry

Michelin Bib Gourmand spot with killer tacos. Came here for dinner on a Saturday night and made reservations online in advance, but there were plenty of tables available for a walk-in. My dad was initially really hesitant about coming here because he thought it would be overrated and overpriced, but by the end of the meal, he was converted. One taco is $8 (the lomo saltado was $10) ; we got four tacos to split between the two of us. The food came out fairly quickly and the ingredients were high quality. The sweet potato appeared to be highly recommended, and I’m glad we ordered it. My favorite was the pork belly, while my dad like the lomo saltado the best. The pocho hard shell was both of our least favorite dish (although of course it was still good). Credit cards accepted and gendered restrooms available. Street parking. Bar seating is available. Indoor table as well as outdoor table seating available.

Cassandra was wonderful through the catering process. They arrived on time out to Malibu on a Saturday (beach traffic) for a noon event. Food was OUTSTANDING, everyone raved. If you are considering for catering, don't hesitate!

I went today to this place i came from florida with a list of places to eat this was one of them great drinks and service the food was really disappointing especially after our waiter said how especial everything was 8 dollar for one taco and 40 for a sharing meal that comes with food for like 4 tacos the veggies were under cook and the carne asada had to be cut in very little sections because the steak was very hard for choosing to serve beef medium rare you better make sure you know you meat so far good for drinks and chips and guacamole.

Sweet potato taco is meh. Pork belly taco is not good: the fat is very chewy and not good, and the pineapple has a weird crunchy texture. Fish taco by far the best of the three; I'd get only that if I ever come back.

Pork belly tacos not bad and fish tacos was decent but basic things like the tortilla did not impress us and this place would be just a mediocre to regular taqueria en Mexico City. It tells a lot about the Mexican food quality even in California where it is definitely better than most places in the US and away from terrible Tex Mex food.

It's a great place to dine. The service was very friendly, but sometimes forgetful. Background music was a little loud, but will go back again.

Elevated tacos. Interesting choices like wild boar. However, not worth $8 apiece.

Bachata cocktail was delicious. Like an alcoholic horchata with mint.

Interior decorated with top class street art. Food was amazing also, the best quesadillas I've ever had.
