When kit Carson large needs mechanical issues corrected on our equipment quickly, guys saw Center helps us out big time! These people are professionals who know what they are doing, it is worth the wait and it is worth the money to do business with them.

They don't work on the brand of the machine I was looking to have repaired, but they couldn't have been more helpful in pointing me to a couple other places that may be able to help. Really nice, professional people.

Didn't have what I needed they never seem to have parts I need I have yet to find parts there. I usually order on line.

I'm a third generation customer. The exceptional service is unbeatable. I can ask any questions without worries, knowing that the staff are so very knowledgeable. This is the only place I go for new purchases on gas yard equipment, and if I ever need repairs or servicing on what I have purchased this is where I will go. Definitely will be going back for more as needed.

I WAS EXCITED, as soon as I walked in the door. Equipment, equipment, equipment. If you're cutting, chopping, mowing, blowing anything in the yard or on the property. I'm sure Guy's Saw Center has the right tools, to do the job right.
Awesome store

We were looking for a specific generator and was told by big box stores that we wouldn't be able to get our hands on one until March 2021. We called Guy's and were told that they could put us on a list and order it for us! We did and later that day got a call saying someone didn't want their generator that had come in and can we take it. Absolutely! Next day we drove an hour and it was in our truck and we were on our way home in less than a half hour. Kind and knowledgeable. They take care of everything. Will definitely go back.

But the service was excellent.

Very poor service. We were told right off the back $40.00 just to look at our chainsaw which was under warranty. We went in with a chainsaw from Lowe’s. I was informed that if we did not buy it at guys they would not work on it then I was informed if we didn’t have all warranty paperwork they would not look at either. Unhelpful poor customer service.

Great selection of power tools! Youmight have to wait a little bit if you need help but it's worth it because you get expert advice.
