Charged Me $520 for a tune up and literally broke down 30 mins after picking it up and had it towed to another shop who told me straight up, you got robbed by Guzman’s and said Guzman never checked the compression and my car had no oil not 1 drip! $520 and they didn’t even make sure it had oil? This guy is a fraud and everyone should be aware of this place of business! Stay away or you’ll be writing this review next.

I've been going to this shop for a couple of years now. I've always had excellent service.pain above and beyond excellent customer service.

My car was smoking and had a bad smell coming from the AC. Guzman’s took my car and did an initial diagnostics and found nothing. After we spoke, they did further testing, test drove it, and still found nothing wrong. They did not charge me for anything that they did when other places were offering to take a look for between 100-200 dollars. Will definitely go back if I’m in the area.

This guy is a bit over priced for his level of education. Not the best I've seen. Not worth the price he charges. These guys clearly don't keep good records.
You did a brake job for me. My brakes have been locking up on me ever since. I took my vehical back to them and was treated very badly saying that he refused to fix the problem. So what ever he is saying in his response is false. I was almost in an accedint last night as a result of this shoddy labber

WARNING. WARNING. WARNING. Please avoid this place at all cost.they are not honest at all they will take your money and try to keep adding money to the bill. If you go here something else will break in your car it is that kind of place.

Always fit you in no matter how many cars they have. Great service and they explain all work to you clearly.

I give more than 5 stars to this place! This is our third time coming to guzman's auto, we feel welcomed and not lied to when it comes to problem found in our car, I recommend this place they are very fast and honest, the lady that runs the business is awesome she is very courteous polite and and she accommodates us all the time in their shedule, she is very smart and conduct the business very well congratulations to her and her team! I'm amazed of the knowledge this women has blessed is her husband to have a wife that can fix her own cars.

"Work not even done, took my $3000 for terrible work
After 2 months and $3000 later and numerous calls (not answered) and lies I finally got my car back with a oil leak and had to take it to the dealer and $2000 after the dealer I found out parts weren't replaced as I was told. I could have easily sued Guzman Auto as the dealer stood behind me with the broken part but this guy lies, no $, no license, etc. He parks cars on bad areas in Manteca as he has so many cars. Do not take your car here!
Oh and on initial repair had $$ in car.they took all the change from my car (all change and dollars!) Then I did it again knowning I was leaving a bag of change in the trunk hidden. Left a bag of change (over $20 worth) in trunk covered by plastic bags (couldn't see it) and lo and behold plastic bags moved all over trunk and bag of money gone! Thiefs.no reason for them to go into my trunk of my car! Told owner he said he didn't take it but handed me $20 out of his pocket.

DO NOT GO HERE.check at all the bad reviews all over the internet.wish I would have! Wish I could give a negative 10 stars! "
