Dave was very unprofessional. Had an appointment set with him for 2: 30 p.m. When I arrived, he said he had no knowledge of the appointment. So I called my company and the voice recording where he confirmed his first and last name for the appointment yesterday. I replayed it to him and asked if that was his voice spelling out his name and confirming the appointment, he said yes that's me. I asked him so you don't remember setting an appointment yesterday? Knowing he was clearly lying. Would never recommend anyone to do business with someone who would blatantly lie when confronted with the truth. Find a different shot that has an owner who will at least be honest.

UPDATE: Take a look at the classy response from the owner so you know who you will be dealing with should you choose to have your car serviced as this location. Rather than offer an apology, he will make a direct insult.

Best place around for work on a Honda. They’ve replaced two of my stolen catalytic converters, fixed my trunk, etc. They are very kind. I highly recommend.
