There is lots of hair in the chicken wings. It was very dirty, I believe the deli workers did not properly clean or remove the hairs from the chicken skin. I shop at other super markets and the meat is ALWAYS clean with no hairs at all. I am really disgusted. HMART please tell you workers to remove the hair away from the meat. Please respect the customer because we pay over $10 for chicken and you should at least make the chicken safe and clean to eat. The employees are very lazy for not doing this. Next time I hope the chicken, pork, or beef are clean to buy

Fall in love with H Mart when I lived in Philadelphia. And very happy that there is H Mart in SF.
Big and tidy, lots of goods. Usually it is crowdy, but not taking long time to stay in the line.

The employee in are lazy and unhelpful will at the most of employee asked for help. Going in store is like going shopping China. NOTHING is in English so your on your own if u need any type of help.

My one stop shop place for groceries, especially the marinated ribs so good but the only thing is the store gets pretty crowded and the line can be crazy, there's traffic inside and out.lol!

Delicious asian food with great variety, fun to try new things (even if it looks scary). Line looks long but it goes faster than it looks. Small space though, so ur closer to ppl than 6 ft

It’s great that we have another decent Korean market in SF. Although, they only provide a big cart even though the place is not spacious. I hope they get a basket or a small cart also.

It's super packed with people. Little pricy. Food is good (meat, sushi, ramen, and vege), fresh, many many options of vege, Korean food and much more. It's good the check vaccination before let people enter food court. A line to shop around the store to paid. Organized.

Pricey, Large clean trendy kpop music, fresh, Asian SUPER market. Korean kimchi takes up 10%of the store, but can you find s jar of kimchi base to make your own?

First the bummer.parking here on weekend is a zoo and accident waiting to happen. There's just not enough parking space to support this type of traffic. But, if you're lucky to find parking, this is a pretty cool place for those unique Asian style food.

They have your typical "99 Ranch" seafood but also have ready cut meat and Korean side dishes to host your own Korean BBQ event. There's also an entire fresh sushi section that are reasonably priced and fresh made. The lanes are quite narrow so expect to play bumper carts.

They have expired food there. Check the dates before buying. I don’t live nearby and it’s so annoying to find them spoiled. Maybe it’s the sf thing. The assortments suck here unlike nyc and La. Not enough variety, the exact same brands spread out everywhere and inconsistent existence of the instance food purchased repeatedly before is nowhere to find. Can the carts be any bigger? The aisle aren’t big like Costco but the carts are huge.

Very clean, but the reason why its 3 stars because most of products are expired or a week to be expired.

One of my favorites for Korean and Japanese grocery staples. Highly recommend. It’s clean and well organized. Don’t be fooled by the long line, it moves very fast! There is always club music playing which is upbeat and fun.
