Fantastic tour with an outstanding tour guide who was very knowledgeable about the architectural details and family history. This house is a true gem, as it still retains its original features.

Guides knows a lot about the history of the house and the City. It's a beautiful place but not crowded with tourist masses.

Great to learn some local history. How do I get invited to the private (jewish) families christmas party?

Has been on my list of things to do as a resident for 15 years. Finally made it and thoroughly enjoyed being in the luxury of a house that hasn't been cut into threes

The Haas-Lilienthal House embodies both the progressive spirit that distinguishes San Francisco’s cultural landscape and the Victorian grandeur of its built environment.
Constructed in 1886 by Jewish immigrants, this Queen Anne gem was spared destruction in the 1906 Earthquake and Fire, and survives miraculously intact today as a site of national cultural and architectural significance.

House was fascinating however we were there for a dance performance piece and so the house really became the backdrop rather than the star of the night. Well worth a second visit.

We really enjoyed our time here. It's a great example of upper middle class life in San Francisco. The details we learned from the tour were so interesting, as were the family photos. They had the very first example of a drinking water filter, a magic chef stove, and other details. It's used as a site for weddings now.

Went on a rainy day so we didn't get the full tour, but still a very fun San Francisco attraction.

Beautiful old home with period details. You can rent this for events in 4 hour blocks of time though it is expensive. There is a main floor with front parlor, dining room and small room plus kitchen. Downstairs has a large open room for events that seating can be added, and upstairs has a master bedroom and child bedroom but I don't think you can do much with that space other than just tour it.

Incredibly preserved and beautiful home! Our tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. $10 general admission and worth it!
