Some of the rudest people work here. Went yesterday 3 guys just standing around doing nothing I asked for help and they totally just stood there talking to each other about what they are doing this weekend. Waited 30 mins and still no help. So I left.

Not as well-run as other locations I’ve been to. No rhyme or reason to the standards they use to decide if they’ll accept your furniture. E-mailed photos of nice furniture in decent condition with *very* small marks, and they only accepted a lamp. Was told my furniture couldn’t have any marks. Which would be reasonable, but today when I was at the store, couldn’t help but notice that numerous pieces of furniture on display had large and very noticeable stains, scratches, scuff marks, etc. Asked the clerk about it, she said the manager would be able to help me. When I asked him about it, he had an attitude, and kept saying, “It depends. ” Also had to ask four different employees for a donation receipt, and they kept referring me to someone else. Attached are some of the scratched pieces that were out on the floor. The pieces I had wanted to donate were in *much* better condition than these.

Nicole is the rudest person. I tried to order cabinets and she told me she doesn't do that, I needed to come back another day, and deal with someone else. I ended up going to Lowe's.

Check this place first before you go somewhere else to buy home improvement. They might have it cheaper

Staff is very friendly and will help you load things you purchase on your vehicle. They get a variety of items but it's first come first served.

This place is great! Cynthia is a gem to Habitat for Humanity and deserves a raise! I just moved to California and they had everything I needed within 1 visit. I got a couch, carpet and a coat rack for $600 all together! They have/had a 20% OFF sale going on from 11/14-11/17.

What a great place and organization! Someone is actually doing something to help the less fortunate purchase affordable housing in Los Angeles and the surrounding area. The sales of products at their ReStore locations funds their mission. A great group of people! Angy, Jose, and Jesse to name a few!

When it comes to finding home goods, furniture, and much more (such as windows and doors) - you cannot beat the prices of the RESTORE by Habitat for Humanity. I am a "frequent flyer" and absolutely love this place. The inventory is always changing and the prices are fair. Plus, you can always "suggest" a price. The people are very kind! Photos are of recent inventory pieces I looked at and some that I bought.

Was excellent, I was able to get my need and not only that, it was less, so it was well worth the trip.

It is great that a place like this exists, where we can recycle perfectly good, operable furniture. I just bought a used desk for $40, which, new would have been no less than, what $200?
The only less than perfect thing is.no delivery. Delivery will coost me, in the low side about $50, that would make it a $90, but it is still good and for a very good cause.
Staff is friendly, professional and the venue does have restrooms.

The location in Los Angeles is better. The staff is more friendly. I got brushed off by two employees at the Torrance location and I asked a price of an item and the guy who was in charge of pricing item blurted out the price no eye contact or anything and walked away. I wanted the items but his energy was so negative that I kept my money right in my pocket and walked away. Not everyone was rude here but that experience rubbed me wrong. I probably won’t return.

We go to visit this place when we're looking ideas for the house, and they always have something different. A lot of variety on articles and they have different locations around the area. Really recommend this place.

This is the first time for me to check this place out. Today there were lots of stuff from the Westin Hotel which is priced well. $10 for framed photo/art pieces. $15 for mirrors (that were in the guest rooms). Some things were brand new, such as pillows and bedsheets, but there were a few old furniture pieces that were priced well! This place is a nice large facility with parking. If you are looking for older furniture pieces, the ReStore in Oxnard has more. This store seems to have more commercial things. There were lots of filing cabinets for $10 too!

I know each time you come to places like this, it's a hit and miss and I am glad I checked it out. It's always fun to browse.

The bathrooms were clean. Staff friendly. The store is well organized.

Used stuff. Hidden gems if you're consistent. Check often. Good stuff goes fast. If you're looking for a particular piece then go two or three times a day for a week or two and you most likely will find what you want.
