Hacienda Apartments, Sacramento CA

It was nice to live there. The manager called Kathryn she is a nice woman and helpful to everyone. The maintenance Steve is a hard-working man! Good person.
Note: we left there to change just lifestyle. Aging, thanks to all of you guys for helping us during the time we were living there.

Hey some changes on the parking is horrible the parking lot can be smooth the road is on bumpy but other than that my experience has been good

Had an amazing experience with Hacienda. Kathryn and Steve were always available and amazing human beings! Me and my wife moved here before we got engaged and will always be fond of our time spent there.

Management is ok but the neighbors lack of respect for keeping the grounds clean is a major reason I do not enjoy living here. Almost daily I encounter sidewalks covered on literal trash. Everything from raw chicken, egg shells, coffee grounds, spoiled fruit and flies flies flies galore. Just imagine raw meat and trash baking in July heat for 2-3 days at a time before it's cleaned up.very unsanitary and disgusting

Nice and clean, mantanance is great, and the property manager Cathyern she is such a great human being, one of the best property Manager i have ever seen.

Doesn't seem like much from the outside, but inside it's a really nice community with large courtyard, beautifully landscaped, big clean swimming pool (should open soon!) and huge shade trees around the property, convenient washer/dryer nearby, great for families. Nicest facility manager and team I have ever met. Large Afghani community, several children playing outside, a little noisy but sweet and respectful. Made it feel safe to have nice families around. Parking a little tricky with two cars, but manageable. Had some minor roach problems in the heat, but overall the upgraded apartments are clean and well maintained.

Place is good but little bit expensive also Not quite place, there is too mony kids and they are very noisy till late evening everyday none stop.

Management at the Hacienda Apartments are good maintenance is helpful when you call or email management Catherine is the best, the reason i gave. 4 star rating is that my patio is not painted after repairs on the patios have been done and i live upstair in the front the complex and the hallway to the upstairs has not been painted in years i was told a couple of years ago by previous manager that they going to repaint the entrance of the hallway but its a big patch of off white paint on the wall and there needs to be more lighting near the sidewalk its so dark in the evening near the front of the complex
