Haggin Oaks Estates MHP reviews
14 The new manager & her husband who's maintenance, they've done a great job turning this place around, it has more of a safe & family atmosphere now.
They are super respectful, they treat everyone with a lot of respect. I'm definitely giving the park a
5 rating.
My mother in law was found dead in her trailer by sheriff dept. Had been there for a while. Stories have never lined up enough to know what happened and then we had issues with other things on top of it. Still dont know what the hell happened to her.
OMG! They have tried for a few years to improve this MobileHome/Trailer park, cosmetically the place has much higher standards with continued improvements as needed also it's improved standards accepting new occupants only behaving more socially acceptable that has had the most positive affect on the once notoriously illegal activity affected property.
Never lived here. It's clean and quiet though I imagine if freeway sounds bother one it is a bit too near the very busy 80.
Sabrina is a one sided person, allowed another resident to assault me and break my window, all the while helping her claim victim. Needless to say I will have my day in court.
Run don't walk from Haggin Oaks and Sabrina the managers cranked up tweeker of a husband. The trees are dying and have fallen on my coach tearing off the awning and damaging my coach.about 7 others that I know of had the same or worse damage. The sewer backs up the power cuts off it floods. No joke every thing I mentioned I had to endure as Sabrina did pretty much nothing. They wouldn't even tell me the name of their insurance company. NOT WORTH THE RISK
Just moved here and so far it's been a pleasant place to live. Quiet and clean. No broken down vehicles, helpful neighbors
I needed a place to stay and park my Motorhome while attending school. Haggin Oaks MHP is convenient to just about anywhere in the Sacramento California area.
Space 55 is the best space! Awesome neighbors on either side. Park itself is quiet, it is off the business 80 but hiway noise was negligible. The Manager Stan is awesome, relaxed and very attentive to your needs and concerns. I would stay here again if I returned to the area.my stay was August-November 2017
We moved to Sacramento last October and stayed at Haggin Oaks for about 3 months. The manager, Stan, got us the perfect spot very last minute and made sure all of our need a were met. Anytime I had a question, Stan promptly responded in a very courteous manner. My husband's job prompted us to move further north, but our stay was a very pleasant one.
Just like most parks in Sacramento, overcrowded and too much going on in people's "yard" areas. Bad location near Hwy 80.
Weekly/Monthly rates are a fare price for the area. WiFi signal is strong and fast. Park is well maintained, quite and the people mind their own business. Laundry available (two each machine) $2.25 a load wash and dry. Close to fast food and restaurants with Starbucks and Walmart/Sam's on Watt Ave a short (< 3 mi.) drive away.
Very nice quiet little park.been living here for 2 years.better lot rent rates than other parks, neighbors are nice and courteous, shaded trees, easy drive to work, only park with a secured gate in the area. Stan's a great manager. I wish there was a swimming pool.
Couldn't be happier living here the past year! As a young female professional, it's important that I'm at ease coming home. I feel safe in this park because people are courteous to each other, although most people keep to themselves which is fine with me.maintenance takes care of the park every day, I see security cameras on every lane, and it's gated all around. Best of all, I can live with my two dogs!
The Park is well laid out, maintained, and quiet. The residents are legitimately friendly and that's a credit to the Park's management for being proactive about who they lease to.
