I had a disappointing experience at this watch repair shop. The repairman was rude and inconsiderate, which made the situation unpleasant. I cannot recommend this place to others.

Excellent customer service, I was getting my watch straps replaced and it was done within fifteen minutes at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

My watch died a couple weeks ago, and I was finally able to make time to get a new battery.

While I was at it, I decided I'd get some batteries for other watches I had lying around.

I did a search for "watch repair near me" and came up with a few listings. One I had already tried, and though I really liked the gentleman, I decided to try another (because it never hurts to have a backup, right?).

So I went last Saturday (7/8/23). I walked right in and took a seat. The proprietor was waiting on someone else, but the woman was chatty, so I spent my time well.

When it was my turn, the gentleman inspected the watches I had and quoted $50, which was about $10/watch.

But one of my watches had broken numerals. Now, the owner speaks with a thick accent, and English isn't his first language, so I didn't realize until later that he was trying to ask me if I wanted him to fix the numerals. I THOUGHT he was telling me that the numerals were broken, so did I still want him to put in a new battery?

I said, "Yes, " explaining to him that I used the watch for gardening or doing chores, so it was okay that it was beat up. I don’t like to use my good watches for housekeeping and such.

It was only later that I realized the communication gap because he went to another desk and fixed the numerals!

And the price he quoted in the beginning didn't change.

I appreciated that. He could've added extra to the fee because of the additional service, but he didn't.

So, yes, I recommended this establishment for watch repair. And if you're in the market for clocks, he has dozens of them in all shapes, sizes, and styles around the store.

I brought in five watches ranging from 20 to 50 yrs old, low to high end. A couple needed repairs and most need new batteries. Did not have to wait long. Judging from how efficiently he worked, he has grade A skills. One watch he had to order a new PCB and promised a turnaround of 5 days. I will definitely come back for future watch repair and will highly recommend this shop.

You'll drive passed it if you don't know already that it's there. Inconspicuous store front. Inside is filled with grandfather clocks and wall clocks. Sincere owner. Even though I didn't fix my watch there.

Replaced 3 batteries and adjusted the size of 2 within 20 mins for a fair price. The gentleman was extremely polite and professional I 100% recommend this shop for taking care of your watch collections
