Haidilao Hot Pot Cupertino

Always been our goto place for hotpot. Price is on the high end, but the food is great. Feels like we are back in China.

I'm pretty sure I'm the wrong target audience. The place is pretty fancy and I've heard every haidilao has their own gimmicks. I only care about the food though and it was your run-of-the-mill meat but marked up 10000x. Insanely expensive for the portions, there are better places on Castro.

All the seafood are really fresh. The beef and pork are high and quality too. The bean curd skin in the picture was the northern style. Which was not what we expected because we re from the southern China. Services were extremely good and they thought though all your needs when you’re eating there.

This is the best dining experience I have had in the US. Thoughtful in every detail, extremely friendly, exquisite service, perfect food, great ambiance, very entertaining! Couldn't recommend more!

Amazing hot pot experience! My family usually frequents AYCE joints so we can go hard and save money, but we wanted to treat ourselves to something nicer for the holidays. And it was absolutely worth it! The beef belly and rib eye were so tender, and all the ingredients were so fresh. The broth was delicious as well. The $1.99 appetizer bar is completely worth it, especially if you like small appetizers (cucumber, sauces, and tofu skin). Service was impeccable - they even give you hairbands for those with long hair and lens wipes for people with glasses? COVID protocols were great too, and overall felt safe. Would definitely go back!

Been to a couple hai di laos and this one was probably the worst service. Came to celebrate our 6th anniversary as we have been doing for past ones at the flushing ny location which is awesome. We wrote notes in our rsvp as well as mentioned again during seating but nothing. Food wasn’t that good either and the sauce/salad bar was weak.

Free appetitizers, sauce bar, fruits, ice cream. Free snacks while you wait for a seat.
Hot pot staple, always good. Highly recommend the tomato based pot and the mushroom base. Super flavorful and not too salty/heavy. The mala spicy pot base is too heavy/gets old quickly, and the other clear soup base is not flavourful enough.

Must order the lamb, thin and fresh. Perfect with mushroom or tomato pots.
I love to eat vegetables and noodles with my tomato soup.

Delicious! Try the Tom Yum base it's really good. They have snacks and beverages while you are waiting for a table if you don't have a reservation. Also dress up because it's nice!

Good food. Good service. Friendly staff. But it was little too noisy and crowded for my taste but I don't mean it in a negative sense.
I'd definitely go back to try more soup bases and sauces.

So pricey. I didn't pay for the dinner. But I will not purposely come here to dine alone. The restaurant was clean and staff was really friendly. If you can afford it, go ahead.

Very special dining experience here. We have multiple hot pot places in Bay Area. But from Haidilao, you will feel difference. Their service is super good if you pay attention to these details on the services you got. If you order the noddle, you will enjoy the show of making noddle when dancing in front of you!
Their buffet bar is special good deal given the $1.99 price. You will get not just all kinds of sauces, but also fruits such as grapes, tomatoes, seaweed and peanuts.
The meat options are not as many as other places although you get more options on fishes and seafood. They have no draft beer and you can get only bottle beer.
At the end, they will ask you if you want to ice cream which is included in the price of buffet bar.

Wow I love this place everything is perfect from the food, ambiance, bathroom, lol.this place has it all. You have to come try if you love hotpot!

Food here is great but the service is. From the beginning they were super accommodating. We made a reservation for 13 adults, 1 kid, 1 dog. We were celebrating someone’s engagement so I asked for some free dessert to surprise the couple.

What they ended up doing was SO extra (in a good way). They gave us each a rose to give the couple while blasting a romantic song of our choice. Then a party host came out of nowhere and got the couple to share their favorite memory and eat a long noodle (symbolizing their long life ahead) that ended with a kiss. Then gave them a plate of fruit with sparklers.
