For first time home buyers, the overview of the inspection coupled with images and a professional recommendation served us well in making our decision about proceeding with the home. Ron has inspected two homes for us in this process toward home ownership. His inspection style and attention to detail assisted us in avoiding a purchase that may not have been our best option at the time. However, he did inspect the house we hope to soon call our home which confirmed our feelings on the property going into closing.

I found the web site for Hailo after talking to the Geek Squad and being unhappy with the dollar amount they quoted to set up my home theater system.hailo Tech's cost was almost $100 less than Geek. Their service was scheduled right away and the job was done to my satisfaction. Next time I need help I'm calling hailo first.

Brad was very friendly yet professional. He knew exactly what he was doing when he wired and installed my doorbell and walked me through using my Ring video doorbell 2 step by step and helped me set up the app properly. Very impressed with him!

Marcos installed our Nest Doorbell. He was on time (actually early), friendly and professional. The last home owner glued the chime box onto the wall, so when he took it off some of the paint came with it. He even apologized even though it wasn't his fault. He was fast and efficient and was done in about 45 mins, installing both the doorbell and a transformer. Thanks Marcos!

The tech was fantastic, not only did he accomplish the task, but explained what he was doing the entire time!

Zach is great! I booked an appointment in regards to putting a shelf together that has been sitting in the box for 2+ weeks now because I have been so busy

The appointment got changed to Saturday morning, which worked out perfectly. He got here exactly at 9, waited the 10 minutes it took for me to get home with no complaints, came and put it together, removed the boxes and took them to my dumpster, and was gone before 10.

It was a very pleasant experience and i would definitely use Zack and Hailo again when I am feeling lazy. Thanks again!
