I found Cesare after going thru 33 rounds of chemo and radiation. My hair fell out around my ears and back of my neck. Cesare, ever patient and kind, helped me to nurture my hair back, and to look great even when it was struggling from all that trauma. Cesare is a master with hair and style and color. He is ethical and honest. He wouldn't put extensions in my hair until he felt it was strong enough. Now my hair looks amazing. And his assistant, Lucia, gives the most relaxing scalp massages. The whole saloon experience is thoughtful and nurturing. You leave refreshed and looking AMAZING. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Cesare.

I've been going here for several years and I love the work Cesare does. Recently wanted a short hair cut. Cesare understands everyone's hair is different and what styles look good for each person and can make it fit your face. I've never had a bad experience.

Just added highlights to my hair after 15 years of being a brunette. I love my haircuts from Cesare because they grow out perfectly so if I can make it to an appointment for a few extra weeks. His assistant give the best head massage you could fall asleep in the bowl while washing your hair. I highly recommend Hair by Cesare.

I have been researching struggling to find a hair solution for fine, thinning hair for nearly 3 years. I explored wigs, hair pieces, transplants, hair growth products, extensions and other options. I was getting really frustrated. I went to Cesare's to see if there might be additional options I didn't know about. I decided I would leave no stone un-turned. He told me about "Hairdreams, " semi-permanent human hair options. While I had originally thought it an expensive option, when I reviewed the other choice that I could make.some of them even more costly, it seemed like a good idea to try.

So far, so good. I am happy with my "new" hair which is now part of my regular life. No major styling differences. Even when my hair doesn't look fabulous, it looks so much better because there's a lot more of it. It's comfortable and easy to maintain. It seems like this is the safest - meaning I didn't have to do anything radical like shave my head and have things glued to it. More reliable, it styles easily and looks better all the time. Cost effective, I know that outcome and don't have to hope that a transplant or other medical intervention will actually make me comfortable and happy.

Over time I have had terrible experiences with salons and so called hair professionals. I had trepidations in trying someone new.
I found Cesare literally by accident, while flat ironing my hair it burnt! It was awful, as I had an event later that evening. I called him and he was able to get me in right away. He walked me through some of the issues with my hair, and I felt a sense of relief that there may actually be someone who cares not only about my hair, but about me.
He was honest, clear and straight forward. He told me what he could and could not do. He let me know it was not an instant fix, and that it would take time. I would have to be patient and trust him. This was not easy, as I had, had such awful experiences in the past. As it turns out he was very different. Hair By Cesare has a warm, fun and caring environment. He and his staff always make me feel like a VIP when I come in. I have been a loyal client since 2012. It is wonderful to have a stylist who cares about the whole person as well as the hair he's working.

Cesare is the best in his profession. He’s attentive and caring, able to do miracles. Time flies when I am in his care.

Cesare gave me one of the best hair cuts I've ever had. I had previously been told that my hair was too thin for layers and that I would need to grow it out more, but Cesare gave me a wash and go layered cut that makes it look fuller than it's ever been!

Because of what I had been told about my hair before, I was nervous going in, but Cesare talked me through and would even stop to explain everything he was doing as he was cutting. He was very kind and patient and did an amazing job.

From the start, my hair is quite difficult due to the texture and volume. I had a hair consultation which discussed the quality of my hair, he started the process to see what I can do better within my care of my hair and gave me tips what I should be doing to my hair.it blew my mind that my hair became manageable and when I say I can wash my hair, it easy for me to do a wash and go especially with my busy schedule from work to workouts. This is really been helpful, if you have textured hair like myself this would be recommend especially in the summer. This will give a break towards protective styles and allow you to be versatile with your hairstyles.

Cesare completely transformed my daughter’s hair. He carefully took her from a “too warm” gold/ orange to a beautiful, natural-looking, cooler blonde. And he gave a meticulous haircut, as well! She is thrilled and so am I!

I have been going to Cesar for about 3 years now. He has been through the ringer with me, I want to dye it, I don't want to dye it, I want to cut it, I want to grow it, give me extensions, take them out the next day I hate them.

But he is unphased and always accepts a challenge because he is the professional that he is, he listens and understands-he is a great communicator. He has always exceeded my expecations regardless of the situation, even when I have no idea what I even want. I am always leaving GLAMOROUS, a NEW FRESH WOMAN. Stylish because he is an artist. He was born to do this, he is the absolute hair genius, and NO ONE DOES WHAT HE DOES. His expertise covers the whole spectrum of hairstyling, so no matter what it is I am whipping up in my head to do, he knows how to execute. He is also a very good long term hair planner. Realistic about timelines and manageability. I appreciate the knowledge he's given me to handle it best I can at home between our appointments.

Cesare did a awesome job! I have naturally curly hair, and my hair went down to my waist, and needed a haircut badly. I needed someone who knew how to cut my hair the way I wanted.
