3 Terrible Experience, Botched Highlights, and No Refund!
I recently visited Hair concept with high hopes of getting beautiful highlights for a special occasion. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be a complete disaster, leaving me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Not only did they botch my highlights, but their refusal to provide any sort of refund.
I paid a good 385 dollars for disgusting highlights! Now have to go get a whole color correction, Despite expressing my desire for natural-looking highlights, the colorist seemed to have a completely different interpretation of what that meant. The end result was nothing short of a nightmare. Instead of natural-looking, blended highlights, I was left with glaring, uneven streaks that clashed horribly with my base hair color.
. The lack of empathy and unwillingness to resolve the situation only exacerbated my frustration.
Their refusal to offer any form of compensation or refund for the botched highlights demonstrates a complete disregard for customer service and satisfaction.
In conclusion, my visit to hair concept was an absolute disaster. The botched highlights, combined with their refusal to provide a refund or any form of resolution, is a clear indication of their lack of professionalism and customer care. Stay away from this salon if you value your time, money, and, most importantly, your hair!
It was my first time going here and I had a young lady cut my hair here, she was as nice as could be, but didn't seem all that experienced, despite saying she has been cutting hair for 10 years. I was not thrilled with the cut at all, felt like I could of received the same results at Supercuts. VERY hard to find people who truly know how to cut hair like they do in Europe.
I’ve been going to julie for months now and she never fails to give me exactly what I ask for! She’s helped my hair recover from a botched haircut and given me my confidence back: ’)
Not only is she amazing at her job but she’s genuinely such a sweet person, I don’t think I’ll ever go to another stylist.
