Walked in this morning and was immediately accommodated as someone had no showed an appointment. Thida did a fabulous job and gave me a perfect haircut. She was careful and thorough and best of all efficient and no nonsense. Icing on the cake it was $30 plus tip. I will definitely be back. Point of reference I have very short hair.

I booked an appointment 5 days in advance and they tell me after I take a 30 minute Uber getting there that they can't accommodate me the entire day. I arrived on time, only 30 minutes after they opened, but they told me since more people showed up before me, they booked them over my appointment. They never messaged me about this beforehand. What is the point of taking a reservation if you won't honor it?

All the stylists are friendly and experienced. I got my hair cut by Quan and wanted to get a little bit shorter the side. I went back in another day for redo and she fixed it immediately. Love the service. Thank you for opening in our neighborhood.
