The best haircut I've ever received was form Arlen at Hairrari! You have to book with him! I still get compliments even though the haircut was weeks ago. Arlen’s cuts last and grow out nicely.

I went in not really knowing what I wanted after not getting a haircut for 5 months, Sam was great and helped me figure out what would look good on me. Great experience and loved that it's a gender neutral barbershop so wasn't judged at all. 10 outta 10 always going here from now on!

Y’all - I basically cheated on my amazing hair person of over ten years to go see Cris at Hairrari. I had my reasons.

The main one was that I wanted to go to a queer-friendly space. It’s tough to be a queer enby femme getting their hair done in a barber shop or at a regular salon where everyone calls me ma’am, girl, she/her, etc.

Enter Hairrari - it’s located in a great central location in Echo Park. It’s clean, minimalist and has pothos hanging everywhere. Oh my plant-loving-heart.

I got to hang out with a sweet chill little doggo while I briefly waited to get seen by Cris. He listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and discussed my challenges with my current cut.

Not only did Cris do exactly what I wanted, he also worked with my hair texture in a way that no other stylist has ever done before. I feel like this should be the norm but sadly it is not for me.

My hair cut makes me feel seen. It makes me feel like the badass sweet fierce Leo femme I am. I mean… Leos and their hair, amirite?

I walked in here to get my roots touched up and my bangs trimmed. Ligia did my hair and did exactly what I wanted! She was a delight and truly a wonderful hair stylist. Go get your hair done and request Ligia!

My experience with Cris was really gender affirming and comfortable!

i haven’t gotten my hair cut outside in 3 years, and i’ve never gotten a haircut at a place that is gender-affirming before so i was excited! I have wavy/curly hair and i went in for a trim on my overgrown sort-of mullet but wasn’t sure what i wanted beyond that.i felt like i could be honest about my uncertainty and Cris would ask me questions and explained some options what he could do.

Cris took his time through the haircut to check with me if this is what i wanted, if i wanted to adjust anything, etc, and i felt more comfortable sharing about adjustments than i ever have at other shops.we had fun chats about life too!

i felt seen getting my haircut, having my pronouns and name being used and just more safe and comfortable in my body: ’) i really appreciated that everyone was masked for our community’s/each other’s safety <3 the shop felt like an open and chill space, and they also offered a variety of drinks at the beginning! Parking was also decent - i was able to find free street parking down logan street going towards echo park lake around 12pm.i’m lovin my haircut! Thanks so much Cris and folks at Hairrari LA!

I'm a regular at the NY location, but needed a cut while I was in LA and they were amazing! The space was clean, comfortable, and easy to schedule. Easy parking close by. Quick and well done cut.

I had an appointment with Ligia. She is an absolute goddess. She saved my hair and taught me how to properly care for my hair. I trust her completely! She knows what she's doing and she's such a sweetheart. Plus, you get a free White Claw while you're getting your hair done!

As a person with curly hair, it is always a challenge to find a stylist that knows the curls. Sara understood my hair from our first appointment and I am gladly going to her since they opened. I also bleached and died my hair by Willa and still keep getting compliments after over 6 months!

First time getting highlights and Mark nailed it! I'm so so happy with the results. I'll never go anywhere else! Super cute shop with awesome vibes and resident dogs that are adorable.

Honestly, this place is the best. Started getting my hair cut with them in NYC and when I moved to LA I continued in this location. I've had long cuts, short cuts, and everything in between, cut by Sara, the freakin master. Fair pricing, inclusive, and pretty easy parking. Worth the drive.

The day I entered the salon I was very fortunate to have ‘Em cut my hair and trim my facial hair. I was very happy with the services that I received. Em was very knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to visit the salon for the foreseeable future and I highly recommend Em!

You will not be disappointed. This salon is most likely the best spot in town for a haircut. Moises is fantastic! He cuts my hair with care rather than rushing through it. Moises spends time with his clients and will make adjustments slowly. You can put your trust in him with your head! I love my hair cut!

I’ve been getting my haircut by Moises for the passed year and when I heard he started a new location I decided to give this place a chance. Clean, welcoming, and an overall great aesthetic experience is all I can say. Proper Covid measures were taken and I felt safe to be here. I can’t recommend Moises enough and if you want to look your best, book with him ASAP!

Willa helped me figure out a hairstyle that worked for me with patience and skill. Really cute shop, she’s very talented but what made the appointment special was how easily she put me at ease while using those talents. I barely have paid for haircuts as an adult- now I only want them from one place. Go and ask for Willa- especially if you want great color
