5Unprofessional staff! You need 24 hours to cancel an appointment yet they can cancel your appointment without notice and make you wait 20 minutes past your appointment time before letting you know
The Doctor is great and very compassionate. He treats his patients like his own family. He takes his time in explaining everything and gives his patients confidence that they're being taken care of. However, I am disappointed at the front office staff. I have called several times and left voice messages for a call back to set up an appointment. No one has called me back. It's unfortunate, but that does reflect negatively on the Dr himself.
He's a great Dr and very personal. Willing to take the time to listen and work with us. The girls in the office are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Been going there 5 + years
Dr. Hakannson has been mine and my husbands doctor for almost 10years and I cannot say enough good things about him. Always so kind and gives you 100 percent of his time when you are at your appointment. We trust dr with all our medical needs and that is the best feeling!
I’ve had some issues with the staff in the past, handling things a little slow, needing multiple phone calls, info getting lost between different staff members. I’ve noticed some improvement this time around. Dr Hakansson is always great however, has an understanding of the patient as a whole person, thorough and knowledgeable, always provides a positive experience.
