Impressive, older government building, with long hallways and some premodern style art. Most impressive may have been the giant metal panels at the entrance.

If you’ve come for Jury Duty, the visitors’ entrance doesn’t open until 8am on weekdays. Also make sure that you’re both summoned and your group number has been called. If you haven’t been called, you don’t need to show up.

Came for jury service. I’m giving a low rating because I was trying to show up on time and the court failed to make that easy. At multiple points in the process, I was worried I’d not make it and be rescheduled.
Jury reporting instructions lacked key information like where to go, the address, and what time to show up. This information is documented across disconnected out of sync locations on the internet. Google did a much better job of helping me figure out where to go and when to show up vs the poorly designed web experience the court offers.

In addition no information was presented to me regarding unacceptable modes of transportation.
At the courthouse, they would be not let me in with my skateboard and did not have any options for storage.
They wanted to reschedule my service date because of the skateboard I used to get to the courthouse. I found a local business who helped me store my skateboard nearby.

Also, the signage inside the building is not clear or obvious about where to go for "Jury Duty". You arrive on the 3rd floor and there is no clear indication of where to go. I eventually found my way by wandering around.

None of the water fountains on the 3rd floor are working.

I’m leaving a review since I was greatly helped by several reviews.
I went for jury duty.
First off, I found Central Parking down Boardman St. It’s $15 all day. Straight in the building there’s a line that moves very quickly and efficiently through a TSA type of security line. You get to keep your shoes on. If you have a baby and stroller they’ll have you push the stroller through then you’ll back up and walk through by yourself. They’ll want to peek in your stroller cover to see your cute baby. Elevator is straight ahead. Jury is 3rd floor room 307. Walk all the way down the hall. There will be small signage along the way. It’s eye level and easy to spot if you glance around. Bathrooms are gonna be on your left heading from the elevator toward the jury room. Look for the cluster of people lingering outside the door on the left toward the end of the hallway and you’ve found jury duty. There will be someone at the door giving directions from there. All the staff including the security were polite, informative and helpful. Hope this helps.

I went to Jury service.
The building is old but the inside is clean.
The toilet was also clean.
However, there was no hook to hang luggage on the toilet door.

Jury duty experience: Rm 307 is at the end of the hall (signage pointing that way exists but is small). Comfortable seating/water/bathrooms available while waiting there. In the courtroom most seats were hard wood, as are the benches in the hallway (expect to wait a decent amount in both places but will be well-informed of what the next step is). Lunch was 12-1: 30. Security was quick - metal detector and x-ray for bags, but it's not TSA so no issue with drinks or snacks.
If you applied for the Be The Jury program, don't forget your certificate of attendance from the clerk when you leave for the day or are dismissed.

Went here for jury duty and it was a painless and overall good experience. The staff, clerks, and judge were helpful and friendly. The facilities are clean and the chairs in the assembly room are surprisingly comfortable. Tip: bring a pen and something hard to write on.

Clean public building with high ceilings.

This large concrete building looks dated, but has been well maintained since its completion in 1960. Phone booths are present, as well as free WiFi, restrooms, water fountains, and benches. There's also some art in the lobby. It feels like a nice place, but not a welcoming place, if that makes sense. Half the directory is empty and about half of the offices/people that are listed aren't in the building. Everything, including the restrooms, were cleaner than I expected. There are some decent views from the building.

If you're reporting for jury duty, I encourage you to bring a snack or two, since there wasn't a cafe inside or vending machines that I could find.

I was here for jury duty. The process was surprisingly good. We were kept informed throughout the morning, seating was comfortable and there was good, free WiFi.
