This is our second time working with Halley Olsen Murphy and they were once again very compassionate, kind and attentive to our needs. Joey Alvarez is the best. His knowledge and care in talking with our family offering such tender care to all of us. He anticipates your needs and also explains the process in such a compassionate manner. He is very comforting as well as knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend Halley Olsen Murphy. Absolutely the best. I would not trust loved one with anyone else. Michele with Aftercare really help us a lot with everything my Mom needed to do on the business end of things. She was also very knowledgeable and thorough. Thank you again Joey and Michele for helping us ease our pain during this difficult time. Your kindness is appreciated and will never be forgotten.

Joey and Holly have been the best. My wife passed unexpectedly and they’ve made the whole process easy. They are professional and very considerate.

Death isn’t easy and neither is making arrangements for your loved one when they pass. Halley Olsen Murphy made the process much more bearable at such a difficult time. From the beginning I felt very comfortable dealing with Mark to come up with a plan who then handed it over to Joey to oversee the details and carry them out to perfection. Their compassionate handling of everything we asked of them made us know we had made the right choice! I am beyond grateful for them.

At such a devastating and overwhelming time the people at Halley Olsen Murphy Funeral Home gave my family and I peace and comfort in making arrangements for our loved one. Unexpectedly simple experience.
We worked with Joey @the mortuary and he was so kind and informative. He made the process very easy, able to accommodate all of my requests. There were no pressure tactics.

The aftercare program they offered was handled by Cherisse Goodrich. She was helpful as to what I could/should do going forward. She even sent links to forms I may need.

When my husband passed away a few weeks ago, I was introduced to a very caring and compassionate staff. Mark went above and beyond to help me make difficult decisions and never once rushed me about it. His calm demeanor helped put me at ease. My husband was well known at Halley Olsen because he was a minister in the Catholic Community and did funeral services and Vigils at Halley Olsen for over 21 years. I knew he would be treated with the utmost respect as we all were. I can't say enough kind words about those who have helped us as we grieve. If I could give them more than the 5 star rating I would. God Bless them. We much thanks and appreciation.

I gave five stars because Mark did a wonderful job by helping me so did other shop there. I’m really happy I met them. They are really awesome I recommend them to other people. Also. I can honestly say that I was completely lost after losing my father, Halley Olsen Murphy made me feel comfortable. Mark was exceptional and comforting and made this a easy process. I would highly recommend their services.

Everybody here was so polite and kind. We worked with Mark and he was phenomenal. His level of care is something you don't see every day. From start to finish, he made our experience the best he could.

My younger brother passed away very unexpectedly, and we were heartbroken, dreading to go inside the funeral home. A very sweet staff greeted us, and they offered us water, coffee, etc. ; we then met Joey, who is amazingly patient and goes out of his way to make the process of your loved one's service everything you want it to be. My mother didn't want my brother's service in the funeral home. She wanted him present at home one last time with all her children. Joey made those arrangements possible and went out of his way to ask if it could be done. We have a beautiful family home, and it was intimate and very personal. They brought him in a lovely casket in a very nice hearse and dressed him in a suit, and it was only close family present. The drivers from the drop off to pick up were excellent and very sweet and patient. I could go on and on, but I will start crying. So I'm sorry; if any of you ever need a place to help you with your loved one, we recommend you give them a call.
