I had an awesome experience! I didn’t know what I wanted to be for Halloween until an employee named… something with an F. I think franchesca? She gave me so many great ideas and I ended up choosing my costume right there! Amazing!
Today Was my first time at this location they have a wide variety of costumes and decorations.and very good customer service. All the employees are very kind, especially Franchesca, who helped me find what I was looking for.thanks
The store closes at 10. I got there at 9: 50 and the door was already locked. I knocked and the girl opened the door and lied stating that the system was down and to come back tomorrow. Is she going to pay for my gas. Spirit Halloween is way better and they have excellent customer service.
