Prices are a little steep. However, their products really hit the REAL horror lover's heart! Spirit tries, and they carry the basic and obvious horror items. Halloween Express carries the most random old school stuff I have ever seen, I felt like a kid again walking into a 1980's Halloween store, and I'm obsessed. Will definitely be back again and again. I like them way better than Spirit, who have been getting stale and falling flat the last couple of years! Thank you, Halloween Express!

Good selection, prices did not match what is posted on line. Staff was nice.

We drove out to the location specifically for one item we saw online and had some difficulty. They would not honor the online price, but they did offer a discount on another item. Was not great, but was not bad.

One of the best Halloween stores within San Bernardino county. Every year has a great variety with different options. Staff is always very professional and helpful with anything needed! Fitting rooms are a plus!
Some of the coolest collectors items can be found here too. I’m a huge Terrifier fan and they have just about everything art the clown!

Nice Halloween costume options the only thing I did t like is no refunds or exchanges. I understand the no refunds but what if there is a problem with what you bought? You're screwed if so.

Customer service was below subpar. Workers seemed to hate there jobs and have nasty attitudes towards customers

The staff is always awesome and their selection is top-notch. They have masks and other stuff like fog machines that are higher quality than other Halloween stores offer.

Save yourself a bad experience with horrible quality costumes! We bought last night my daughter is pettite and tried on the dress mind you fitting rooms are dark and they claim the personnel is trained to catch imperfections but the girl just simply removed it from the bag and handed it to my 8 year old we got home and tried it on and caught all the imperfections.they refused to exchange it when it was defective from the start.and gave us 10 percent back the joke GO TO PART CITY!
