7My husband had a haircut and wasn't satisfied. While I was waiting for him one of the staff suddenly came to me and started talking to me. She was complaining that the person who was cutting my husband's hair talked ill about her and so on. It did sound weird to me
I used to really like this place. Last time I called and got an appointment for a cut wash and styling. I was on time but the stylist “could only do a cut “. “Too busy”She cut my hair dry and I had to request to cut my bangs. Phony baloney. I’m not going back
I have been going to Vivian for a very long time. Been so happy with her service, I haven't used any place else!
NOT FOR KIDS. Awful. My 9 y.o. Left sobbing after her trim. The woman who cut her hair kept saying "Hell! Tangles! " Under her breath and yanking on my daughter's hair. My daughter had a few tangles. I wish the woman would have told me I would have taken her somewhere else or paid more to have a conditioning treatment. The trim is not even. I have to have it redone.
Tiffany did a great job with my hair. I hadn't had it professionally cut in about 10 years and with just one reference photo she got it very very close to how I imagined it. Great haircut. A little bit of a language barrier but you can't deny she has skill.

Do NOT see Tiffany.she will call you names.my fiance and I went in for hair cuts and we're both 28 with baby faces.first thing she did was ask if my fiancé was my son.then she proceeded to tell me it's because I look old.when she started washing my hair she was making fun of me and said it was oily (yeah because I knew I was getting a wash?). She told me that I need HER hair color to look younger or else I should be wearing a lot of makeup to cover my oldness with this hair color. I get lots of compliments on my hair color and people often think I'm far younger than I am.she was just incredibly rude even after I told her she was hurting my feelings and making me sad.the haircut was fine nothing special. I've only had good experiences up until now at Halo but now I have all these new insecurities and I'm having nightmares about her.
