We had a light lunch. Tots and a shake each. I was disappointed they didn't use half and half, but the ice cream was so rich, milk was perfect. The service matched the excellence of the food. We will return to dive deeper into the menu.

New owners, but still a good lunch. Server was not fully trained, so order wasn't correct, but fixable. Menu didn't list the correct preparation of the burger, as a change was made after printing.

Not everything new is good. The hamburger factory used to be the best place: warm, cozy, inviting. Now it's just cold and overpriced with a superficial menu. You guys RUINED it. TRASHED years of memories for many families. You're going to lose tons of business over this. Sad.

Went to the new Hamburger Factory and was very disappointed. The breakfast menu was terrible, very little to choose from. I got pancakes with my meal and they were so small we had to laugh. Old menu had lots to pick from. Told my grandkids that they reopened everyone was excited. Well not going back. I will take them somewhere else. Sorry, the reason that it has been there so long is because it offered something for everyone. Change isn’t always for the better. Twenty six years ago we got married in the Park and had reception at Hamburger Factory and have been going back ever since. Kevin took care of the whole thing it worked out wonderful. Good luck you’ll need it.

It was everything I had hoped it would be. The food was outstandingly delicious. This morning we three had ham and eggs and Chicken Fried Steak. All was delicious. So much to look at on the grounds also. The train is fun.

Love the new menu and food at the new Hamburger Factory. Wagu burger and Mahi tacos all five star. Nice upgraded side salad too. Updated decor with old charm retained. New owner Josh is very nice. Will definitely be back!

Our server had a nose ring. It was pretty disgusting.

A $2,09 upcharge for sweet potato fries, I was willing to pay. But I didn't even get as many fries as a person that got a Jr. Burger.

Maybe a little less kitchen bouquet in the gravy.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Hamburger Factory Family Restaurant in Poway, CA, and I can't rave enough about the delightful experience. While their hamburgers are undeniably delicious and a major draw, it's the zucchini fries that keep us coming back time and time again.

From the moment we walk in, we're always seated right away, which is a fantastic start to the meal. The level of service we receive is consistently wonderful; the staff is attentive, friendly, and truly enhances the dining experience.

But back to those zucchini fries – they're an absolute game-changer. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor, these fries are a true delight. And when combined with their scrumptious hamburgers, it's a match made in culinary heaven.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere and good food. Sorry the new owners want to go modern. The current atmosphere is what brings people in!

We went there on the day the restaurant was changing ownership.
The restaurant was not busy at 11am, our waitresses acted as though the place was packed. After getting our drinks, we finally ordered a Greek chicken salad and a Ruben sandwich. Seriously, it took over an hour to be served our lunch from when we sat down. The chicken in the salad was tough and lettuce was from a bag was old tasting, waterey and willted.
The Ruben sandwich was good although!
There was a news cameraman interviewing a table of ladies which we later saw on a local TV station.
Hopefully the new owner, who was sitting across from us with his wife and baby will make changes on seating guests to avoid having one server getting inundated with customers seating themselves, while other severs are dealing with their long-term customers with smaller tables sizes to take of.
We will return to see if the seating and service has improved but definitely not order the chicken salad again!

Wonderful for breakfast and lunch. Plenty of room for large group. Enjoyable experience. Good food and service

They use to make a delicious Reuban, but now the meat is think and tough. And the French fries aren't cooked enough. Sad!

This place is really good and the atmosphere is great it’s a Poway gem if you are in the area check this place out you won’t be disappointed lots of options and good portions for the price

Amazing Burgers, great customer service, fun old western style atmosphere, if you like onion rings skip the fries and tots they could’ve been a bit crispier but the onion rings were fantastic and make sure to grab some jalapeño ranch

The food was good, and the workers nice. They have the air-conditioning up too high, but we were able to go out to the patio, where the temperature was nice.

How decided to go to this restaurant for the first time. The website said open at seven. I drove over there at 7: 15 and it was closed. Not a great first impression.

We had Hamburger Factory cater a quintessential summer bbq for our team. It really felt like the perfect summer bbq picnic. Complete with ice cold drinks, and all the fixins. My executive team is still raving about the burgers and how generous the portions were. We really appreciated the staff coming and taking such great care of us.

Everyone on the team was very kind and provided us great service.

We can't wait to have them host a breakfast at our office next!

Great burgers and a very unique location. The service tends to be slow and under-staffed but friendly. We will be going back for sure when we aren't in a rush. Good gluten free options for those who need it.

Love this place. I love the atmosphere, the decor and the food. It fits the theme of old Poway which is awesome.
