Reminiscent of the old Street Fighter game with the F-16 hangar background: it is an open bay with the auto being tested a few feet away. No wall, no separation, no special ventilation. Guess if your car is toxic then you'll be breathing in your own due rewards.
Testing is very standardized so there's not too much to complain about although the staff didn't seem to fully understand what the data means.

I went into this place this morning, and was met by a gentleman named Billy. This guy was so helpful and on point. He instructed me on what I needed to do in order to get my vehicle to pass smog. I really appreciate him taking out the time to teach me! Most people today have lost their “Customer Service” skill/knowledge. Everybody wants to just rush you through like cattle in a slaughterhouse. If you want honesty; experience; knowledge and satisfaction give them a try!

Pulled around back, dude was inside and didn’t seem to notice me. Pulled to front of door and rolled window down, guy just looked at me and shrugs his arms up. Guy too bothered to even come up to my car, I’ll take my business elsewhere

I showed up late for my smog appointment and the owner had already left for the day but he came back for me to do my smog, he is very friendly, kind and considerate to my needs. He was nice and quick with the smog and explained everything I needed to know. 10/10 would recommend this shop.
