Great service! My car battery wouldn’t start so I called for a jump start. My technician Adam was extremely helpful and kind. He arrived before the estimated time. He really went out of his way to help me. Thank you!

Truck ran out of diesel and needed to be towed cause air got in the system. Technician Jorge was on top of it tried adding some diesel first still wouldn't run then quickly and safely got my truck onto the bed, thanks Jorge and Hamner!

My truck died on the 91 fwy in Corona late in the day. My son (I wasn't there) called AAA and Hamner Towing came and got the truck. They also service vehicles so my son had it towed to their shop. The towing went great and the driver let my son ride with him. Jim from Hamner Towing called me the next morning to let me know they were going to start to check out the truck to diagnose the problem. I gave him my ok and described what my son said happened. Jim was great, real nice guy to talk to and I could tell he knew his stuff. I felt that I was in good hands. Later that day he called back and said they found the problem, a blown mega fuse. They replaced the fuse and the truck fired up fine. Cost of the repair was very reasonable. My son and I went to pick up the truck that afternoon. Jim came out to greet us and took the time to show us on the truck what was replaced and his thoughts on why the fuse blew (he had offered earlier to do an electrical check to try and find what component might have caused such a high load to blow the fuse. I decided not to do that and just to see if it blew again. If it happened again then I would have the check performed). Again, Jim was really easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and seemed very honest. I would definitely go back to Hamner for service.

Honest prices with good service. They tell you upfront what can and can not be done. Along with price.

The driver didn’t attach the car well and when he brakes the car hit the back of the mechanisms and the back of his truck. Our car got damaged and the owner refuses to give us his insurance.

Got in an accident and they were only about 15-20 minutes before their employee Brandon came in truck number 63. He was very friendly and was even able to answer a couple questions about the condition of my car (minor wreck, but it hit my front tire and made it not drivable even though the damage was minimal). I rode with him to the mechanic and all went smoothly.

AAA member for 26 years. Couple months back needed a tow and it took 2 hours to get a tow which AAA comped me for. Today I needed gasoline and was stranded only 4 miles from Hammer Towing’s location in Corona and it took and hour and a half just to get gasoline. Supposedly they give AAA preference, if you have AAA do your best not to get stranded in Corona because they use Hamner!

They arrived on time, were very helpful and professional. The employees name was Brandon and he was very polite and knw his stuff. Got the car on the truck and on our way in 10 minutes. Thank you

This tow company was called out to tow a car that Corona PD said was abandoned! How can a car be abandoned that has current registration and INSURANCE. Anyway this place had the car less than two hours and we had to pay $385 to get it back. A complete rip off. I'll see all y'all in court!

David from Hamner towing was the best towing experience I've ever had, on time, very caring to me and my children loved him, also he had a great since of humor to help me laugh after my second flat in one day, and went out of his way to help us, Thank you and God bless.

Called for a tow and they quoted me 30 to 45 minutes and after patiently waiting over an hour I called only to get a rude female that cut me off when talking and said "sorry AAA has priority. " Tried telling the nicer rep that I got transferred to but no success. I have thousands of customers who will needs tows and repairs throughout the year and I needed a good shop who has repair and tow but this wasn't a place who cares about customer service unfortunately.

AAA sent Jason from Hamner towing and I have to say he is very professional, on time and was super fast at putting our car on the two truck. I also want to mention he is cute. Thank you Jason for your help and being on time. Five stars

Absolutely awful service! Do not use these morons! And the hateful brat that answers the phone will lie about how long it will be, and overcharge!

The tow guy couldn't open my trunk whick is where I explained my keys are and they show up 20 mins late and literally couldn't do anything! He was clueless! Calling his boss. Such a joke!

I just had a blowout and called AAA for service and Jorge from Hamner towing showed up within 20 minutes. He was very helpful and professional. He got me back on the road within 30 min. Jorge from Hamner Towing you rock!

Aaa sent hamner / steve to tow my 40 ft. Motor home out of a campground in minifee with very nerrow road ways and jerry worked his butt off to much of the other campers supprize and he was very courtious and friendly, so my hat is off to you guys.

They towed my fiances car our of "her" marked spot. The receptionist after hours seemed like she was useing meth; she couldnt stand still and couldnt stop telling me stories of how her kids did so well in college (cometely unrelated). But while there, several staff were talking crap to eachother in front of us. Ridiculously unproffessional yard! Just after your money.

Scott was the best. He changed out my tires and was a life saver. He was very friendly and courteous. Keep up the good work that how you get customers to come back. I’ll definitely refer to your company if I ever need service in Corona. Thanks Scott.

Had to get towed home at 10 pm -at first I was nervous about what type of driver they'd send. Me being a wimpy white female, alone at night, not sure if I was safe. Well from the first smile and Hello, I was at ease.
Jason was very friendly, helpful, kind and professional. I asked him to look under the hood and see if he could see what was wrong with my car- he did. I made it home safe and am thankful for that. Thank You Jason (with no hair)

Their AAA towing service was phenomenal. They were able to get me out of a ‘jam’ in the drive through of a local eatery. Great job Emad and Tommy! Also, Emad recommended their ‘walk in’ service department where Service Mgr. Jim addressed the problem of my vehicle. After explaining in detail what was wrong the needed repairs were made and I’m back on the road again.

Tow Truck Driver lied to AAA about my car which disqualified me from getting AAA service until manager review days later. Very unhappy
