Overall satisfied with hotel, gym very small, breakfast is good but more variety can be added if possible

It was great, the room was clean and the guy at the front desk was friendly when we checked in. I told him it was a staycation for my daughter (she loves getting away and staying at hotels) and I, he was nice enough to give us some snacks for our girls night.
The tv & guide were easy to navigate and accessing the internet was as well.
The breakfast in the morning was just 'okay', their egg and sausage option weren't very tasty, but the breakfast potatoes and the waffles were good. All in all, we had a great night, and I will be booking with this hotel in the future.

In town for Disneyland and had a hard time finding a hotel that was decently priced that was relatively close to the park, had free internet, free parking, AND continental breakfast until I found this one. It's honestly a hidden gem! Staff was friendly and even texted me to check in and make sure things were going well during my stay. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping did a fabulous job when cleaning our room. Also, it is located within walking distance to a shopping mall which came in handy multiple times.

The room is huge! Clean bathroom and very comfortable bed. We stayed for a week! Staff were friendly and accomodating! The breakfast was also really good, the lady was so nice and always make sure that we enjoy our food! We'll definitely come back for our next vacation here in LA CA! Thank you so much!

Not up to standards. Bedsheets were not changed from previous guest and had blood stains on them. Shower had hair in it, black mold, and it was obviously not cleaned. The front desk was friendly and provided me with clean sheets, but they need to do better quality control on housekeeping. I would not stay here again.

Very friendly staff and a great location. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Property seems like it's due for an update, though. Carpets were dirty and furnishings seemed worn. It was adequate for a business trip, but it was disappointing for the money.

Ok so my room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty hair in the shower and on the floor of the bathroom. It was a busy week otherwise I would have left

William at the front desk was very accommodating & welcoming. He also made sure I was happy with the room which I was. The beds were cozy and AC was great. We didn’t get a chance to experience their breakfast because we over slept but they’re very close to Starbucks & Target great location. We'll be back

Overall a lovely property, quite close to Disneyland which is convenient.
Pros: Clean, comfortable beds/pillows/rooms, friendly staff, extreme response to the app messaging system. Breakfast is quite delicious and a reason I love staying at Hampton Inns.

Cons: 4th floor at least, rooms not sound resistant at all (could always hear the neighbors conversations clearly and loudly), door to hallway didn’t seal so could hear everyone in the hall.

Clean rooms, friendly service, comfortable beds and pillows, has breakfast.gotta love the phone app to check in and unlock doors.

Everything was perfect. I love this hotel. If you want a clean hotel room with a friendly and approachable staff, this is the place. The breakfast is one of the best around. Will be back many more times im sure.

Great location, friendly staff, spacious and super clean rooms, great complementary breakfast.

Conveniently located, clean and friendly staff. They even called 10 minutes after checking in to make sure the room was to our liking.

Great atmosphere, kind personnel, very clean, good breakfast. The downside was the old chairs at the dining area and a squeaky bed at room 329.

I would give the service here 6 stars if I could. Tam was super helpful and so nice when my girlfriend and I had a long travel day and just wanted to flop down in a room. He helped me navigate the booking screw-up that Expedia put me through, got us a room ready early, and gave us water.

Highly recommend this hotel on the service alone!

This hotel feels dated in comparison to most Hilton properties.its a drag that you can only use the main entrance and keys don't work on side doors. The other thing that sucked was the attention to detail.my shower was dirty and had someone's long hair still hanging on the shower wall.not cool.also room service never came to refreshen the room.over all maybe under staffed ‍️ but I definitely will not be staying here again not worth the money for the room kind of motel feeling. And the musty smell.

Had no problem with my stay, comfy beds, man at the front desk was nice, and just what I needed. Had no idea this hotel was here, it’s really in the cut which I like.

We found underwear in the bed. It was totally disgusting. The front desk lady told us the manager will contact us and nothing happen. DO NO STAY HERE ROOM WAS DIRTY
