Hampton Inn & Suites Indio

What a nice hotel! Not sure how long ago it was remodeled, but it felt like it was very recent. The room was very nice, the shower was great! The front desk was very nice.
I was told they had "run out of room towels" and they asked if pool towels were ok. That was fine, I just have never heard of a hotel running out of towels.
The location is great, right off the freeway. Quiet, and clean.
Breakfast was open right on time, and the food was on par for hotel breakfast.

As Hampton Inns go, this is one of the nicer ones. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and for the first time in a long time we were greeted as Hampton members and received the appropriate welcome items.

Best Hampton Inn I stayed in. Great customer service, clean and renovated rooms, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Room has fridge, coffee maker and microwave.

Really nice, clean, well-appointed rooms. Pet friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was traveling with a friend and used the pull-out couch. It's the most comfortable I've slept on. Plenty of conveniently located plugs, etc. Near I-10, but very good sound-proofing. Very little freeway noise in the room and none from the adjacent rooms. I highly recommend!

Beware! Ev drivers chargers do not work. After staying a couple different times a month apart. It doesn't seem as if there is any plans to service back to working condition.

This is a hotel that you feel appreciated. And they work with you and every detail. So you enjoy the time that you spend on it.

We broke down and were forced to stay the night. We are heading to Mexicali for Thanksgiving and have been delayed twice from reaching our destination. Our car broke down but we are still pressing forward. We are determined to make it to my dad’s.

Higher floors do get significant noise from the freeway.

This hotel resold my room after I had booked in advance. I showed up to check in and they had no room for me.

I walkee into my room and absolutely fell in love with it the aesthetic is amazing, the tv is HUGE it has Netflix and YouTube, the bathroom door is like a sliding barn door i wish it had some type of lock but then again you're in a room with people you know so all you have to do is tell them you're in there so not devastating or anything, huge shower I will not let my boyfriend pick any other hotel from now on it has to be Hampton Inn or im gonna freak out and I feel the 1/5 reviews are LIES

We recently stayed at this lovely hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was quiet and we had a good night's rest before getting back on the road. There is a Walmart and a Starbucks quite close, so we were also able to get some things we needed without going far.

Still a very nice, comfortable, and safe place to stay. I was able to have a room on hold by supplying my rewards info as I didn't have access to my card to reserve the room (it was about 8pm, I was driving and only about half an hour away from hotel, but tired from an 8-hr drive). Staff are very friendly, polite and professional. They offer clean, comfortable rooms; a small business center area; free wifi for guests; 24-hr coffee/tea station; fitness center; pool and jacuzzi; mini-convenience snack station; breakfast bar is between 6am to 10am; and, check out time is 11am.

Friendly, professional staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Employees follow COVID-19 mask protocols as well as supply guests with plenty of sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizers within the lobby and continental breakfast areas. Nice breakfast selection, range of cold and hot foods set in buffet-style where they allow the guests to serve themselves.

We had to stay overnight due to road closures. We were able to get a room and had a great stay. There is a refrigerator in the room, microwave, hair dryer, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the very spacious shower. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff is attentive and helpful. There is hot coffee and tea available 24/7. Continental breakfast is served each morning. I will stay again if the opportunity comes up.
