Hampton Inn & Suites Lancaster reviews
11Room was clean, beds ok I needed mobility assessable. I did not get that instead I got a room that had a toilet the size height for a toddler so it was difficult to get up my room was for hearing impaired. Be warned verify confirm what room you’re getting before they send you up to it.
Beware the dirty trick of making you pay $15 to self-park in a featureless asphalt lot that every other hotel gives away for free.
Location was great for our needs. Was supposed to stay two nights but switched hotels after 1 night. Room was smelly and unkept- unvacuumed room and bath was not mopped (both needed it). Requested bottle of Lysol to deal with smell and we were going to request the room be vacuumed and mopped in the morning considering it was late at night and we had to get to our New Year's plans. Got back late and went straight to bed. Woke up with bed bugs all over bed. Wife and I have over 60 bites and still counting. We checked out immediately and switched over to Best Western Plus down the street and it was a huge upgrade (hard to believe BW would be that much of an upgrade over Hilton but guess that's the situation out in the AV). Waiting to be refunded for 2nd night. Contacting health department, hotel should not be allowed to operate until bed bug situation is resolved.
I've been returning to the area to work for several months now and only this one charrges $15/per night for parking in an unsecured unpatrolled lot.
Save your $ and stay somewhere else with good ratings
I don't know what you're talking about on account I wasn't there my wife coveda Diane hall prowell was with someone else and I'm trying to find out who it is?
Room was great staff very nice and professional. There’s even a adult store in Lancaster that delivers discreetly right to your room door.
Terrible. No ac through hotel room has it. No security cameras anywhere. Vehicle broken into in the parking lot. Front desk unmanned.
Staff was very rude and unhelpful. Also security is horrible my car was broken into while we slept and over a $1000 dollars in merchandise stolen to which the hotel did nothing to help after they were warned that there was thieves in the parking lot.
Horribly not impressed! The building fire alarm went off in my room at 2am, no assistance was rendered or consideration offered and I was not able to get back to sleep after disabling the alarm.
Room was spacious and pool was out of sun but the weight room was missing weights, toilet paper is only on request and ours was less than half when we arrived, rooms arent cleaned and towels not replaced unless requested or your stay is over.parking at the hotel your staying cost $15 daily. RIDICULOUS!
Special thanks to Carlene the hostess at breakfast for making our stay special. She is very hard working, very friendly and went out of her way to help when needed and was a pleasure to speak to every morning.
