Hampton Inn & Suites LAX El Segundo

I was at the gym and called from there to ask the front desk if they have more cups for the gym since it’s out. The man on the phone told me to come to the front desk to get it myself. I was a little shocked but didn’t make a big deal out of it since I thought maybe he’s the only person there and maybe busy. I was shocked when I got to the desk there were three of them and there were no guest there. I went to the coffee desk and grabbed one cup for me.

Great hotel for an overnight stay! Staff are very helpful & friendly, and rooms have been clean. Jaeson at the front desk and Lilly at The Flightpath were super friendly and helpful during our first stay here. Would recommend this hotel.

This hotel, despite being in very close proximity to the airport, fails to provide an airport shuttle. The staff is very poorly train. Never a manager or supervisor available to raise concerns.

Very clean hotel, we stayed twice on two separate occasions and it was great every time. Friendly staff, easy check in and out process. Relatively cheap parking, easy access to the airport and they provided transportation to the airport as well!

Definitely a 5/5 for Hampton. Always a good experience here! I’ve been here three time in the last year and my experience has been consistently great!

I have a habit of taking out the A/C filters and washing them as soon as I get in the room. That’s only thing which can improve in this hotel for me. They need to be cleaned after every guest in my opinion. But no biggie I do it myself.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much, customer service was good and exceptional customer service from the lady who run's the bar & lounge, only downside was no microwaves in rooms, the long walks to warm food was not fun but we will stay here again! Oh and loved the amenities you GO Hampton Inn & Suites!

Hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and accomodating. We called to check in early since we arrived earlier than expected, we also asked if our friends could be close to us and staff made sure we were not only on the same floor but 2 doors down from each other.

Nice staff, the location is far from downtown. But VERY close to public transportation. If you have time there's a bus stop 1 min walking distance that bus will take you to the train station to get downtown. Lots of places you can eat that are walking distance. Like chic fil a and several other places. Couple of gas station near by as well. Rooms are nice and cozy my room was quite clean. Just to add on to this I felt really safe (Idk why) because you can only go floor to floor with a working room key.

Very clean. But do to Covid, limited amenities. Also, had half a load of clothes to wash. 2 machines, one broken, the other did not wash clothes (had to wash twice on my dime) and did not ring clothes thoroughly so had to dry twice.

The front desk employees are so helpful and so awesome. I enjoy speaking to each and every one of them. This is one of my favorite hotels to go to! Everybody in the hotel is awesome and I appreciate there excellent customer service.

This hotel was so clean and comfortable! Close to the airport and provided complimentary transportation there. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was for that price. We will be returning guests.
