This room was clean and nice I give them credit for that. The lobby reminded me of a hospital setting it was dark and creepy. The girl at the desk with the long black hair needed to be a little more friendly, she was blank and didn’t smile, too serious and seemed annoyed. I was also pre-authorized two deposits and that should not have happened and I’m still waiting for them to be released! It was already pre-authorized when I checked in online. I guess I had to check in with the front desk in order to go digital which is annoying and not how it should have been done. Will I go back. Probably not.

The room was accommodating. The morning staff on 2/18/21, not so much. We will choose another hotel the next time we come to Mountain View.

I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels throughout the pandemic. I will say that I will give this hotel an A+ for the most creative use of the pandemic as an excuse for not providing ANY services to elite status holders with Hilton. What offering water bottles and snacks has anything to do with the pandemic is beyond me, lol. I’ve stayed in at least 5 other Hiltons (and far more IHG’s and Hyatt’s) and have never heard any of them claim they can’t honor elite status perks due to the pandemic. They’re also not allowing any late checkout at all whatsoever, which makes me think that they also are not having a waiting period between guests, as many hotels are. Lastly, I accidentally booked 2 double beds and could not change to a king bed because I had entered the room.

Now, in terms of the hotel otherwise, it’s clean and reasonable. There is a safe in the room, which I’ve been finding some of the Hampton’s now do not.that made me happy. The parking situation is terrible though and there’s no business center access.again COVID is the excuse rather than just keeping it clean (nor was there any offer for an alternative for printing, etc.given the situation). They also left no hand lotion, which is kind of important with all the hand washing people are doing.

I come to the Bay Area regularly and I will definitely not be back here.

The hotel is located very conveniently close to mountain view downtown and a couple of useful stores and restaurants etc are just a few steps away. The rooms were also reasonably clean and well appointed. Service was hit or miss - Staff at the front desk on the first day was rude and not helpful but on the second day was very nice. Also they seem to be using the pandemic as an excuse to not provide late check out even to Hilton diamond members even though many rooms seemed to be empty.

Clean and nice but wifi was a joke. And couldn't close the curtains all rhw way.curtains weren't broken, that's just how they are? !

Great atmosphere, clean rooms, good breakfast. The staff was on point and very courteous. Will definitely stay there in the future.

The staff and owner are excellent! Always make sure I get a first floor room so I have an easy trip to my work truck with all my tools. And the little things like a toothbrush, fork ect! The rooms are VERY clean and high end! I stay here every chance I get!

Everything was decent until the day of checkout. I work in hospitality and was working at a new site close to this hotel where we send a lot of business. Their checkout is 11am. We asked for a late checkout and their response was an extra 15 minutes. Noon is standard late checkout. I got off of work and was at the hotel by 11: 40 and they would not even let me go upstairs to take a shower. And my room hadn’t even been cleaned yet. The girl working didn’t even call up and ask if I could go up there.
And I have to drive 7 hours covered in dirt from work. Ridiculous.

The hotel is ok but the customer service is just flat out terrible. Checked in 05/17 and was greeted by a very grouchy indian man. No greeting no nothing. The check out with Merrisa was even worse. Customer service was horrible, she was rude and disrespectful. I tried to understand, considering the situation but, she was condescending to say the least. With all that’s going on with the world right now, kindness is the least we expect from Hilton employees. I will never come or bring back any business to this hotel ever again! They don’t grant any member benefits and even when asked for something simple as delivering water, they act like you’re bothering them. Especially Merrisa needs training again. I don’t recommend anyone staying here. Far better options for the price

Very clean property and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms appear new and are very clean. I just wished the black out curtains covered the whole window, you'll need a clip to keep the curtains closed if you sleep during the day. My stay was mostly quite but if there are noisy people also staying in the hotel, sound in the neighboring rooms and hallway can be easily heard.
I stayed during the shelter-in-place order and I noticed the staff are constantly disinfecting everything so I felt really safe in this hotel.

I only give 5 starts for this hotel as there is no 6 star as an option. Parking is free, quality breakfast, large & clean rooms. This is every hotel should be.

Great customer service, the most awesomest food but a lot less towards the end sorry. Gym is awsome lots of towels the machines may be undersize for a full stride run but maybe they are not meant for that good luck, didn't try the hot tub pool whatever it is. There are three yes three levels. The rooms look awsome I believe can stay in room all day lol. There are ice machines fully operational or they were when I was there. Emergency exit signs lower and upper parking. Heaters in room never tried ac because it is cold. They have TVs you may use in the lobby. They have snacks which I was fortunate to have cookies ooooo ooooo they also have coffee and chocolate all night but didn't go crazy like drink all night but yeah I guess it would be a good laugh at least for me it would but hey when do I read reviews. They have newspaper by the front door I believe I found them on the side table next two couches which is featured as part of the lobby awsome I know.

Very nice hotel: quiet comfortable rooms, helfpul staff, 24-hour reception, walking distance from the city center and the train station. Was a bit confusing though to see that all dishware at breakfast is disposable. Also was quite pricey.
