Stayed here from 12/22/23-12/29/23, during this time I asked for room cleaning and they never came, When requesting toilet paper and clean towels I was made to go the front desk to retrieve it because they never came management said that providing that service was not a responsibility but a courtesy, Management staff was really unprofessional When made aware of the situation Definitely won't return or recommend

Seriously, we should have stayed at the La Quinta. Diamond members, picked this property due to proximity to work campus. Acknowledged the pet fee upon checking in. When you look it up, it says pet friendly under amenities.

That front desk agent had us and another couple fill out paperwork for the dogs. No big deal. He listed theirs as service animals so they wouldn’t be charged. This was said within my hearing. Ok, whatever. (Guess what, they weren’t BIPOC). Offered us a room with a balcony. Given the rainy weather seems great. Except there is absolutely no sound proofing from the light rail! And the bugs from the tree next door keep flying in as soon as you open the door!

Third day here and manager made front desk agent chase me down for the room number. Then they called us to say we had to pay a fee. Uh, we filled out the paperwork. We acknowledged the fee. Not our problem if someone didn’t enter it correctly.

So far the only good thing has been the morning commute.

Convenient location on first street. Room cleaning by request during your stay. Good variety for breakfast. Alarm clock was easy to set. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was in good condition.

We came for an event. Booked on the spot. Gave me a discount for being a memeber so I paid less than normal. Also got breakfast. And check out is at 11am. Only thing was the pool is not heated pool if not this place would be perfect also rooms are clean. They have a microwave and fridge. No bathtubs. But it’s very comfortable and decent.

Hampton Inn and Suites was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was nice to have a full breakfast.

Terrible customer service! My company booked meeting space at this property in June. Upon arrival we were informed the person who made the reservation "does not work there".
So because they quit are reservations are void?
They began requesting we send the paperwork we had to confirm our meeting space reservation to a random email address.
Mind you our paperwork also contained credit card information and they just wanted us to send it over to an email not associated with their organization!
It was 10pm at night, my employee stood in the waiting are for almost an hour because they also "checked" someone else into her room. They are obviously not verifying identity at this property and just letting people in.
Instead of arranging for another room and trying to make the situation better. She had to wait for over an hour until another more competent employee showed up. He was then able to book her a room.
They have charged my card with various transactions and their manager "Sam" has not returned any of my calls.
Do not stay here or do business! Not only is your safety but identity compromised at this property.

If you’re looking for a great hospitality experience in San Jose if you’re flying in or out -This hotel is fantastic. Friendly service, free shuttle to get your rental car or get dropped off at airport-we had a great experience.

First time being at Hampton Inn. The reason for choosing this place over others by the airport was based on positive reveiws. After experencing a room that has ants, no balcony door lock access which stays open and bed bugs. Felt dicomfort and unsafe throught out the whole night. Not Recommending or staying at this place.

A+ hospitality & customer service from the front desk with fast early checkin.
The rooms are spacious enough for 2 and more box shaped than traditional L-shaped. Good natural light and lots of seating options.
Cleaning standards are a bit inconsistent & the rooms could use more attention from maintenance but staff are empathetic about helping you find a good room.
Gilchrist & Soames Zero% collection bath products pre-stocked in the shower.

If you are going to Levi Stadium, this is the place to stay. You walk out the door to a light rail stop to take you to the stadium or back to the airport. You still have the quality and comfort of the Hampton Inn brand.

We booked two nights here because they have indoor pool and thought kids would like it. I just don’t like the service, On our first night while kids at the pool I ask for a towel, they said it’s still in the laundry! The next next day, it was 12nn I ask again for a towel. They give me 1 and will give me more later because it’s still in the laundry! When we got back to the hotel and kids would like to go for a night swimming. I went to ask again and they said it’s in the LAUNDRY! How many times do they do the laundry and maybe the hotel doesn’t have enough towels LOL! We will never gonno book this hotel anymore! Bad experience!

While still a nice property, it’s starting to be in need of updates and replacements for stained hallway carpet, bathroom wallpaper bubbling and peeling, and other maintenance items. You have to ask to have your room serviced and cleaned. (Room not all that clean on check-in either). Definitely not meeting Hilton brand standards. Location is fantastic for light rail stop access and airport is amazingly close. Staff is friendly, but lack follow through on requests.

We asked for ADA room for wheelchair. The clock did not work, no enough l igniting. The outside carpet was difficult for wheelchair. BUT MOST OF ALL THE TOILET WAS TOO LOW. IT DID NOT MEET ADA COMPLIANCE. I sat 30 min before I could wake.y husband to help me off toilet. WORST Hami

Big fan of Hampton Inn and this one didn't meet expectations. Not horrible, but not good either. I paid $180/night. If I'd paid the lower rates closer to $100 maybe I'd feel better. This seems like it was a different property that was converted to a Hampton Inn and lacks the nice things I'm used to in new Hampton Inns. The room- adequate but nothing special. Pull out sofa was so uncomfortable my teen son opted to sleep on it folded with his legs completely off the end of it. Multiple large stains on carpet (gross). They use large reusable bottles for soaps and lotion. Get in the shower to find both shampoo and conditioner totally empty. Annoying. 2 towels for a room for 3 people which were used before we went to bed. Pool room was swarmed with people for a small size pool with a door that was open to the parking lot. View from room was a commercial building roof and parking lot. No hot tub, which I'm used to having at Hampton Inns. Also no bath tub- just the shower. Bathroom was oddly remodeled with the sink faucet askew and so poorly placed that water flooded the vanity each time you touch the water coming out. Garbage was overflowing in hallway garbage can. Elevator is antiquated and often full and took quite awhile (we were only on the second floor too). Hallways and shared spaces are not pulled together- caulking is off, there are weird pipes exposed like an ice machine was removed and no remodeling done to fix it up. Enough weird annoyances and just not kept up well that add up. Front desk person was fine- not friendly but didn't need him to be. Ran out of regular coffee in the morning. They put a $100 hold over what you pay on the room for incidentals rather than keeping a card on file. Someone checking in with me with multiple rooms did not expect this and was stressed about the added unexpected money hold. There are enough airport hotels that will choose a different one next time.
