Han Bat Shul Lung Tang reviews
17Best sullung tang place in LA. I come here after fasting/need to heal. If its your first time, get the brisket and add 3 spoonful of green onions. Taste the broth and slowly add in the salt/seasoning paste. I personally love eating it without anything added.
Absolutely delicious. Super comforting, fast service, amazing! My suggestion is to anticipate your hunger because there is a line but totally worth it!
Really efficient service, really welcoming staff, food is really tasty too. Good, cheap: perfect good deal if you love korean food.
Traditional Korean restaurant. Taste is OK, but I heard that the food was under a little dirty.
Always the best authentic soup & is awesome!
It's my must go to place when I'm in Cali.
I was looking for some comfort food while working in Ktown early morning. I know that bone soup is so good for you. So looked around and found this mom and pop type of restaurant and that's very homey feeling. Nothing fancy about the setting but who cares, the soup is fantastic. You know you're dealing with the real deal when you see the elder Koreans visiting and speaking in their native tongue with the people at the restaurant. Loved it.
Service was fast, I got brisket soup and the soup itself was very rich and flavorful. Will go back to this place when I visit LA in the future.
The Service: SUPER SUPER EFFICIENT!
The Food: The broth is so flavorful. Same broth with different choices of meat in the soup.
Price is very reasonable with the portion of the soup. Very simple dish but totally comfort food.
The Parking: Small parking lot at the back of the restaurant and a block away, residential area free street parking
First, the price is not really $, more like $$. The menu is simple, choose from the $12.50 section or the $30. The food came out really fast and was delicious. The ladies working there was friendly and very helpful when we were not sure what to order. Great place to visit.
Very authentic Korean food.simple but very good. It's been almost 30 years I had this good Shul Lung Tang. Only bad thing is I will miss it so much from Houston.
Service.meh.
Soup. Delish.
If you like yhe freakey stuff: Tripe, Spleen, Tongue, Intestine & such. THIS IS YOUR SPOT.
YUM.
Loved the food at very cheap prices compared to some other places in koreatown will come back again hopefully its not too busy next time
The beef soup was excellent! Simple and homey. Their menu is limited to only a few types of soup-meaning that they've focused their talent on the soup.
One of my favorite Korean spots in Los Angeles! Small and cozy place for a nice dinner for 2 to 5 people. Some of my favorites are the tofu seafood soup, Kalbi juicy bbq beef short ribs, and seafood bibimbop. Everything always tastes so fresh and the service is excellent!
Used to be the best place.now kimchi isn't as good as before and there was a strange grittiness in the broth
I have been coming to this restaurant for 27 years. I have been to other Korean beef soup places as well. So far, I have not found any better restaurant when it comes to Korean beef stew. This is the best.
Great sul lung tang, excellent kimchi, expect some wait but worth it.parking in back as well which is always great
