Hanaya Sushi reviews
10THE best sushi. Me and a coworker get sushi to-go here for lunch more often than we'd like to admit. The owner really hooks you up with not just quality but quantity when you order rolls to-go. The rolls are nice and fat. This man is a sushi king.nay.a sushi legend!
Nothing has been changed online but they're take out only. We thought we could go in and set. We just left didn't order anything.
Hanaya Sushi is my go to lunch spot! Hee, the owner, takes great pride in his restaurant and it shows in his amazing food, fantastic service, and wonderful ambiance! If you’re ever in Sorrento Valley, definitely stop by!
A small restaurant but worth the visit. Sushi was so fresh and delicious, well made, and at a great price. Service was wonderful.
Absolutely the best customer service you could ask for. Sushi was phenomenal, very creamy and melts in your mouth. The owner was also very kind enough to give us Japanese drinks and desserts. I will 100% be coming back.
Hanaya sushi is great! I stop there after work for takeout and it always hits the spot. Big portions and rolls come with seaweed salad and edemame
One of the best sushi places ive ever been to, everything is super fresh.i have to try to NOT go every week, but i usually give in to the temptation on my last in-office day of the week
Rice was hard. The eel didn't taste right half of the food we didn't finish because it wasn't good at all.
My favorite sushi place in San Diego. The sashimi plate was fresh and super good, especially salmon and escolar. I recommend to come for dinner because it's not busy and the atmosphere is nice.
One of my favorite places in SD! The Chirashi is of such a high value (with more than 20 sashimi and all are very fresh). Very tasty. You can feel that the chef wants to feed every customer with love: the to-go box is filled with Japanese snacks and beverages, reminds me of how my mom prepared bento box for me. Thank you for such a heartwarming memory!
