DO NOT GO TO THIS VET FOR ANY TRAVEL RELATED SERVICES. Please read the other reviews saying this because I really wished my BF's mom did. They are completely inexperienced in how to do travel paperwork and are INEPT at attempting to do so.

They messed up my BF's mom's paperwork documents for her dog, not once, not twice, BUT THREE TIMES. They wrote the address and destination country wrong each time. Like how is that even possible? The country she was moving to had a 10 day requirement for health check-ups and since they messed up so many times and the USDA Endorsement office is located in Sacramento, this meant they had to do overnight mail to them THE NIGHT before my mom's flight.

The real kicker is that she had to CONTINUALLY CHECK UP on the status of her paperwork and THAT'S how she found out that they messed up the first, second, AND the third time. The complete lack of transparency and communication is abysmal.
It was a complete nightmare of 9 days for her and she wasn't sure if she could even bring her dog with her on her flight the day of.

LUCKILY, the USDA offices worked quickly as we paid extra for expedition and then we intercepted the certificate at the UPS Shipping Center in DTLA, before they went out for deliveries.
Otherwise, they would've came to my BF’s mom's house at 4pm and she would've either missed her ONE WAY 3PM flight or had to leave her beloved dog of 5 years.

Please take this as a sign to not use this clinic for your pet travel needs, it's not worth the headache or heartache that may happen if you use their services. Save yourself the pain and go somewhere that has good reviews about this kind of thing. It really does seem like this business is more than happy to take your money, know they're providing below subpar services, and not care.

And look, I'm sure they're nice people but nice doesn't get sh*t done. I also wonder what else they may have messed up on.

I would NOT recommend this vet due to this experience and people should think twice if they're seeking out this clinic.

Avoid using this clinic if you’re traveling abroad with your pet - my mom spent an entire month preparing them for her departure only for them to mess up the dogs certification paperwork 3 times within 72 hours of her flight. They were not forthcoming about their mistakes and attempted to play the blame game with us, sending us on a wild goose chase to get information from the USDA Endorsement Office about the status of the certificate knowing all along that they made several mistakes that set the endorsement process back several days. The lack of communication, transparency and accountability from this office is intolerable, but oh man were they quick to charge us for their “services”. If you enjoy losing sleep and potentially your pet this is the clinic for you. Otherwise I’d recommend you keep your distance and look elsewhere.

Our dog let out a massive yelp and then began limping horribly. We got her in the car and began heading towards a pet emergency room but we passed Hancock Park Vet and decided to take a chance and pull over, hoping they could help. They were literally closing for the day but the doctor agreed to take a look at her and let us know if going to the hospital was actually needed or not. It was not needed, she said no broken limbs or anything like that. Showed us photos of the paws and how the heat had caused blistering. We are so appreciative, and will be making Hancock Park Veterinary Clinic our home base from now on.thank you to all at Hancock Park Vet! Oh, and btw, they did not even charge me and they were with our dog for about 10 minutes or so. Absolutely amazed at how loving and caring!

We feel very cared for at Hancock Park Vet. Great customer service. Dr White is very knowledgeable and lays out all my options. I feel they go above and beyond here. And they have a great rewards program. My 10 year old cat is thriving now. Thank you!

We've been taking our pets to Hancock Park for years, and recently we had to euthanize our 13-year-old dog, which obviously was not easy. Hancock Park provided us with the most compassionate, comforting, and peaceful experience possible despite the sadness of the whole event. The vet techs who had been working with our dog came in to say goodbye, and Dr. White and Brittney compassionately explained the process and were so kind to us. The front desk staff is also incredibly compassionate and gave me a long hug as we left. Thank you, Hancock Park.

Sat on sharing our dog's cancer diagnosis for 4 days (we had to follow up to remind them) and the vet didn't even tell us - the front desk did. They don't care about animals. They care about $$.
