Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Cerritos CA

Love my massages here. Nice location and clean. Only issue is canceling membership. No on line forms available to sign so, I had to go in person just to sign to terminate. They really need to make this process more convenient.

I absolutely loved my experience at Hand & Stone Cerritos! Aubrey was exceptionally professional and insightful. I was so comfortable and left feeling amazing about myself and my skin!

They lack to inform cilents of what they should and shouldn't do before an appointment (facial). They reject you service on the spot, after going to the room, wasting your time. I lost an hour of my day due to their lack of communication. This has happened on several occasions. Very disappointed.

I've never been to a massage spa and have no prior experience to compare it to. But as far as for my first time experience, Hand and Stone was a great starting point to break in to. I truly enjoyed the massage I received which loosened all my tensed muscles and relieved my aches and pains. I am planning to return to this Spa and I'm planning to request for the same Massage Therapist, Aki. She was very professional and experienced at what she does. I would definitely recommend Hand and Stone to my family and friends.

All I can say is Lindsey is Amazing! Her skillset is one of a kind, and I almost didn't want to leave this review in order to keep my best kept secret! If your lucky enough to book a facial with her, you won't regreat it! She's very experienced, personality is so easy going and the massage is worth every penny! Have kept going back & even started a membership with the Spa due to Lindsey! I hope I spelled her name right and I hope this Spa sees this review because she is really great!

Massages are the best here. The therapist care about doing a good job and helping you feel better. The membership is so worth it, too.

I don't recommend this place. I did a classic facial and my skin became so irritated. Right now there are dark patches on my jaw area and it has extremely burning sensation. I was having a clear face except 2-3 pimple spots. Now the face is like (no words to explain)

So my gf just left this place right now. I had purchased a gift card for her for mother's day. As soon as she left she called me and said she was never going back. The girl that gave her the massage was falling asleep during her session. I'm so disappointed. Smh

My husband and I just had a couples massage at this location. While my husband had a great massage, mine was absolutely horrendous. Never experienced such a terrible massage in my life. My masseuse was aggressively rough while handling me, worked at an intensely fast pace the whole time. Never focusing on any muscles. Just slapping my skin in random motions. Then to top it off, before she massaged my scalp, she ripped the ponytail holder from my hair in one pull. Pulling hair out of my head. I’ve never had such a bizarre massage. I felt like I was on a prank show and left feeling more anxious than ever.

This was my first time at Hand and Stone. It was a very relaxing and pleasurable experience.

They had a great deal for first timers. I enjoyed my massage. They do try to upsell. I spent an extra $15 on eucalyptus oil for my scalp massage and wasn’t worth it.

I visited Hand and Stone Massage and Spa in Cerritos on 9/27/21 for the first time in need of a full body massage. It had been a couple years since my last massage. Alexis listened to me regarding where I was aching and really focused on those areas. She gave special attention to my upper back, neck and scalp. The massage to the legs and feet was awesome also. I was totally relaxed when my massage was over and felt so much better. Those problem areas aren't bothering me any longer and its been 10 days since my massage. I highly recommend this location. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. I will request Alexis again for future massage.

Had an appointment with Danielle. It was amazing! She was very professional and friendly. She knew exactly where to focus more on. The pressure was perfect. She made sure I was comfortable all through out my session. Glad I saw her. The front desk girls were super friendly as well.

As I entered the lobby, I was impressed with the upbeat atmosphere and presentation of products. I explained to Lourdes, my masseuse, the location of my pain (my back) and what had caused it (a fall). With pressure and hot stones, she was able to relieve my pain. When I entered, I could barely move; when I left, I had less pain, but able to move freely.

Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Although my massage was not the best. I did a prenatal massage and felt it was mediocre. I told her I wanted to focus on my glutes and lower back and signed a consent form for liability purposes, but when I came down to it I felt pain still while getting the massage. I needed a more deeper massage in my glutes to help relieve my trigger points and sciatica. I asked for more pressure, but was told if they went deeper it would harm the baby. I wish she would I told me to begin I dont understand I signed a form for that reason. I wish she would of told me that to begin with so I wouldn't of wasted my money.

Aubrey was very professional and gave one of the best facials I have ever had. She really personalized the facial to target my skins needs. I Will definitely go again! I also had a massage done by Roxie and she took extra time to address my concerns. Overall a fantastic experience!:)

Love the Ambience of the place. Friendly & Amazing staff. Their therapist are Very Knowledgable & accommodate you in every way they are allowed. I appreciate their Wonderful service. Highly recommend getting a massage.

Great experience! As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by two lovely ladies. I also loved the lavender scent in the room.

Aki was my masseuse and she was awesome! She was very mindful of my request to focus more on my sciatica and low back pain. She was also very respectful and careful to only expose part of my body that needed to be massaged at any point - ensuring that the rest of my body was covered with the sheet. She would once in a while check if the pressure was okay and if I was feeling okay. The massage was so relaxing and Aki definitely loosened up my very stiff muscles.

I highly recommend Hand and Stone Massage!
