Hand To Shoulder Rehab Inc reviews
12Great experience here! Looking forward to subsequent PT sessions. Front office gals were super helpful with getting all of my remaining sessions scheduled.
The front desk staff are amazing- professional, knowledgeable and always greet me when I arrive! The therapy that I receive from this office has allowed me to continue working pain free!
Great place! Knowledgeable therapists
The assistants are very helpful. Also the gym area, they have all kind of equipment to work with, whatever problems you have, hand, shoulder, back etc.
I’m thankful that my orthopedic doctor sent me to this facility.
Thank you to everyone at hand and shoulder
Rehabilitation place.
Happy and blessed holidays
Lindsey and her team have been very helpful with my hand therapy it’s just taking my procedure longer to get back to normal than what I expected.
Having an injury is hard enough dealing with various Dr.and the aftercare. The staff here are always so welcoming and friendly. Always sure to explain in detail the reason for the excersise and the benefit to get me back at 100%
It's not one of those appointments you dread going to. I was even shown some hand exercises I can do on my down time to help with the discomfort I have from time to time. If you find yourself needing these services. I recommend this place 5 stars outta 5stars. I Thank you and my injured hand Appreciate you all!
Works good on painful hands. Therapist works wonders with massage therapy
They take insurance.
My experience here is amazing. The staff & Therapist are very professional & friendly. They treat you like family. I have and will continue to recommend the PT’s and especially the Massage Therapist Brianna to anyone that is looking for a recommendation.
I developed arthritis in one finger on my right hand. When it got dangerous (I couldn't open any of the outside doors) I had surgery. It's been successful and the physical therapy really not only speeded up the healing but left my hand completely functional. The therapists at Hand To Shoulder Rehab were very knowledgeable and patient. They moved me on a progressive schedule and were very encouraging. I will recommend Hand To Shoulder Rehab to everyone who could use their wonderful program.
I had my first PT session with Leisl for a thumb injury. She was very knowledgeable and taught me some exercises and massages to help me through healing and rehab. She is an expert you can trust. We will see how the results turn out, but my mind is more at ease now
The staff is amazing. I am very thankful for them. They have really helped my hand to heal
This place is great. The staff are very nice. They treated my mother like their own. They're knowledgeable and worked well with Mom's situation while getting her back to good health. She went there twice, 2 years apart, and both times were just what she needed. I definitely recommend them to anyone. One thing, parking is horrible. Only 1 handicap space for the whole building that houses 3 businesses.
Grateful to Lindsay Pimentel for intervening when a minor problem arose, at reception, the result, it seems, of limited knowledge/information. Ultimate adjustment of my 2-week old, finger-cast went well. My finger looks like a finger versus a sausage, and feels normal almost. I planned a 5-star review this visit, and while reviews on the Internet should not influence business tenets, or public opinion, recommendations addressing patient incidents (like I went through today!), can be helpful.
RECOMMENDATION 1: I believe everything requires a generous "learning-curve, " and people should nurture patience when face-to-face with its failure. It does no one any good, however, for uninformed, front-desk personnel making decisions-publicly-when not privy to all information. I was told-publicly-that I essentially did not have an appointment. I countered with a statement about my phone-call, TWO DAYS EARLIER, when a young man took my appointment, for 8: 00 am for a cast-adjustment, a free service for 30-days. I mentioned that though I hadn't received a "reminder call" fir the appointment, I came anyway. Human error does not have to result in disaster, right?
Unfortunately, the woman handling my (missing) appointment, after getting my file, told me-AND THE ENTIRE WAITING ROOM: "Your doctor only gave you one script. " My daughter explained: "That's not why she's here! " The interesting thing? Why didn't this woman ASK me (in quieter tones, thank you!) why I was there? Probably good to act on information versus assumptions. Sadly, this was the second time with this woman.bringing me to-
RECOMMENDATION 2: Please suggest staff review HIPPA standards, and how confidentiality works in 2018. However staff feels about a patient, whatever the response to patient gender, size, or color, or human (staff) error, for example, privacy is primary; every time, all the time! Do NOT spread my Social Security numbers (Visit #1), or patient business (Visit #1 and 2) throughout the waiting room. Do not treat the patient like a burden. Your job is to make patients comfortable-first. Diligence and professionalism is a must; the opposite is not cool, not professional, and chock full of major, liability issues.
Lindsey addressed the "snag" immediately, and her handling was VERY welcome. Front-desk problems, TWO CONSECUTIVE TIMES, is not a Pimentel standard, and I appreciate intervention on my behalf. I did receive an apology as I walked out (reception), but it felt forced. People are in pain, and should not have to suffer misunderstanding "at first blush. "
I recommend Lindsey Pimentel Hand to Shoulder Rehab to all.
