Poor follow-up and estimate process. Professionalism could improve.

I was really looking forward to working with The Handymen Network after reading the reviews and the great initial conversation I had when I inquired. I had someone come to my home to give me an estimate on finishing my garage. He spent about 30 minutes reviewing my garage and property and said I’d receive something in a couple of days. 2 weeks went by and I followed up with the company because I hadn’t received anything. The person that answered was surprised I hadn’t heard anything but remembered discussing my project with him and he was friendly and professional and said he would follow up and call me back. He called me back and they said they were waiting on some info from an electrician for the estimate and I’d have the info in a couple days. It’s been over a month now and I’ve still never been contacted by the person that came to my house and was going to email me my estimate. So, now I guess it’s time to find someone else to do the job and the potential bathroom remodel that was to follow. Bummer.

We contacted Handyman Network to have a bid done to replace our shower. Our old shower was leaking. Rich came by and explained the options to us, did some measurements and e-mailed a bid to us the next day. We decided to go with Handyman Network and they started the next week and completed the project in 2 and a 1/2 days. We were very happy with their work. They know what they are doing and it looks great. The price was very reasonable. Lower than we were expecting. Rich, Joe, and Mike all worked on different stages of the project. They were all on time and very respectable of us and our home. We have already contacted them to do another job.

The work performed by Tyler and Chris has been exceptional. They were on time, polite, and flexible with working with me on 2 and soon 3 projects. They were able to schedule an appt for the work I needed right away. I am very impressed with the entire organization.

Rich and the crew from Handyman Network did an outstanding job renovating two bathrooms for me in the span of just one week! Rich and his technicians were very responsive, friendly, professional, and thorough in their endeavor to remake my bathrooms into spaces that I can enjoy and be truly proud of. Their work is meticulous and highly skilled, with results that are just beautiful. I highly recommend Handyman Network and I will most assuredly call on Rich again for my next home renovation projects.

We needed some exterior work done and I had not had much luck with other places but Handyman Network was the exception! From start to finish it was a quick seamless process.
Tyler was great to work with. He allowed me to explain what was needed never tried to upsell or make me feel like I was incapable of understanding or communicating the work that was needed.
He was fast, thorough and did an excellent job we are beyond satisfied thank you!

Handyman Network completed a kitchen remodel for a us a few months ago. Everything was seamless. From the estimate to picking out products to finishing on time. Rich was detailed about what to expect and how long it would take and was right on the budget we talked about. We are so happy with our new kitchen!

Rich and his team completely remodeled our kitchen. They were professional, on time and on budget and did quality work. They went above and beyond to make sure we had all our questions answered and our needs addressed. And now we have a beautiful kitchen! I’ll be calling him when we’re ready to do our bathrooms.

Hired Handyman Network to remove existing tub/shower enclosure and replace it with a full shower including all new doors and fixtures. Job was completed in 3 short days as promised despite the rain. Rich's crew was thorough and addressed all my concerns.

After the NYE storm I contacted 7+ companies to ask for help to repair some fencing that came down. Handyman Network was 1 of 2 companies to call me back, and the ONLY one that actually came to my property to look at the damage. Their pricing is more than fair. It was a repair job, not a rebuild and they didn't try to crazy upsell. Tyler came out, told me what needed to be done to fix it and his work is great. They were responsive and communicative about when they would be here and how long it would take. I am very pleased! I would absolutely have Tyler do more work for me in the future.
