I had a problem with water building up in front of my storage unit they understood my concern and moved me to another unit quickly great service

My parents locker was broken into. The only one to be broken into, took expensive things. Thieves were given ample time to cut locks, cut the entire latch off of the door during business hours Staff there have no information coincidentally about the entire incident. One would think someone there was in on it considering the circumstances.

Faculty and facility not reliable. Not recommended

Alittle more in opening hours and close alittle bit laters hours would b nice.staff are very nice

Expensive place kinda but its decent. The door have gaps and let in everything from dirt to bugs but they are decently spacious and in a pretty good location.

This is a great place and very nice! They have clean units and keep my stuff protected. The staff is very friendly!

The storage units are infested with rats and mice, totally destroyed my carpet cleaning equipment. They chewed up all of the rubber hoses and electrical wires. Other storage units have rat and mouse traps throughout there properties, this location has none.

The managers are accommodating. We just wish they have a couple more hours to close from the 7 time spexially during the summer considering how hot it is from 4 to 7 p.m.

DO NOT USE. INFESTED WITH RATS. YES RATS AND ROACHES. Destroyed THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF STUFF. EVERYTHING COVERED IN RAT POOP AND PEE. AGAIN DO NOT USE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

The woman who helped me and the old man were really down to earth and made me feel comfortable. That was especially nice considering they house personal belongings that have sentimental value far beyond a dollar amount. I’ve found they are the most inexpensive mini storage around. It is by a cheese factory that smells like farts. I really enjoy this establishment.

Staff is nice. Units are infested with rats, roaches, and black widows. Any time you come to pay a bill, you’re guaranteed to be waiting outside for their famous 2 hour lunch breaks (as I write this review, I’m nearing the 2 hour mark outside the office.) prices are unbelievably high. Take your belongings elsewhere and save yourself the unneeded stress. I called them while I sit here waiting. They picked up and hung up on me. Tried calling again. Got a message saying the number was unavailable? Weird.

Month-to-month contract with a grace period. Units are nice and clean, secure, default lock and a space to add a second lock of you want.
