3Man Man.every time I called the office hmm. I think all office staff need to work their phone etiquettes, and customer service, I reschedule my appointment they hung on me dem girls are rude, they need to get another jizob.
The first meeting was fine, however, after leaving several messages for a return call I never heard back from them. I was having issues with the back brace they fitted me for but had to deal with it with my doctor. Very disappointing as the original meeting was great and I was looking forward to their assistance.
Very disappointing in the Office Staff. Made an appointment and arrived on time only to find they didn't have me scheduled. Yet, I made the appointment, I marked my calendar for the day and time. Their reply was, you have to reschedule. It wasn't my error!
I had a question on authorization of my claim. Called the Hanger Clinic said my Healthcare provider approved it. Said they didn't know my insurance. Called today to cancel my appointment.
